SportRxReviews of sportrx.com

My SportRX experience has been outstanding from start to finish! Their website is easy to navigate. SportRX has an awesome selection of frames for any face! Their YouTube channel is so informational and their staff is top notch. I have ordered no less than 6 pair of glasses from them. When there were issues, due to no fault of theirs, Oscar walked me through and helped me resolve the issues with courtesy, professionalism and a little sense of humor thrown in the mix. I won't buy any kind of glasses anywhere else!

Thank you SportRx! I received my glasses and they are perfect! The Opticians are extremely knowledgeable and the Support Staff have been awesome to work with! Thanks again and I can't wait to buy my next pair!

I've bought a half a dozen pairs of glasses through SportRX at this point - for myself and other family members as well. In general the customer service is very good when ordering. Some frames don't support the prescription you want, and their system can't determine that so you'll place an order and end up getting contacted later to tell you it can't be put through. They always helped out with getting what I wanted or something close to it, though. Service can be a little bit slow sometimes. I've had reps who reply within minutes, but I've also had at least one experience where I received one reply per day and it took like a week to get things ironed out. They carry Oakley and Wiley-X and some of the best frames on the market, so if you want high quality frames, this is a good site to order them from.

This company is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!! I have bought 4 pairs of lenses from them and they double charged, sent the wrong lenses and last time didn't even process my order..stay far far far away from thos horribly ran company. Absolutely no customer appreciation what so ever..

Ordered glasses and waited three weeks to receive them. When they arrived, the prescription was way off. They were supposed to give me greater clarity at distance, and instead my vision was worse with the glasses than without. Also, two of the three times I called, the message said they were "in a meeting" and couldn't take my call. On the third call, the message said basically "we can't take your call, leave a message." For a supposedly national company, this is just terrible service. I canceled my order, and I'll go to a local eyeglass shop to get it done right. Don't do business with this company.

I tried 2 times to buy glasses from them. Both times just after my card was compromised, someone bought unauthorized things.

I tried a competitor who starts with L and rhymes with ensible and they were slow and useless. Sportrx was quick and accurate

don't ever ever buy anything for me scumbags
