I worked with a customer support specialist named 'Ellie' who went above and beyond to make sure that my prescription was fulfilled before I went away on important business. Explaining my situation to her, she not only expedited service - but also kept me up-to-date during every step of the completion process. I definitely felt valued as a customer, which is rarer and rarer these days. I would highly recommend SportRx for getting your Rx sunglasses. The price you pay is for quality and assurance.

Ty E. is a phenomenal customer support team member. It took me a couple weeks to get enough confidence to pull the trigger on spending almost $1k on one pair of sunglasses from a company I've never used before, but I eventually did. Less than 24 hours after the order, Ty reached out to me and let me know that my frame/lens combo wouldn't work for my prescription, BUT, he laid out many options to solve the issue. I sent quite a few emails (my prefered method of communication) regarding my order to him, and ty educated me on different lens material, frame styles, ect. Ty used his personal experience to help lead me to a new selection of lens material, never pushing me one way or another. I never felt that I was being taken advantage of, and I will be using this service again. I find myself ordering more things online now than ever before, and I have NEVER had a more positive experience than with SportRx and their professional employe Ty. This isn't some paid for sponsor shill review, I am astounded at how well I was treated.

I had been thinking about getting prescription sunglasses for a while for driving, and a friend recommended I try out SportRx, especially since they have a wide variety of sunglasses to try on. The optician I worked with, Jacob, was very thoughtful and thorough in his recommendations, and he went above and beyond in making sure that every aspect satisfied my needs. He also clearly communicated what I should expect for delivery and care. Now I have some swanky Ray-Bans with some gorgeously clear lenses.

Mike went into great detail on the perfect lenses and eased the order process. Anna kept me informed of quality during production and gave detailed message via phone and email. Anna delivered the package much sooner than expected and allowed my input that far exceeded my expectations. Brilliant group of opticians. Definitely allow them to serve your needs!

My experience with sportrx has been exemplary. As most of my orders required some customization due to having very old and rare frames, I was really surprised how good the customer service was. Oscar G reached out to me directly as the optician taking care of my lenses and was always very professional and quick to reply with great recommendations. He also helped me get some clear lenses I needed for my work. Overall, amazing experience and I can't recommend Oscar and the company any more highly. Thank you!

Customer Service Kudos. The first pair of glasses rode too high on my nose (which is not something easily determined up front). I reached out to customer service and they were able to suggest a frame with adjustable nosepads. That pair was quickly turned around and the fit is perfect!

Customer Service is A++++ I was overwhelmed by the choices on the SportRx website, so I called to speak with a Sports Optician about which prescription sunglasses would be best for me (biker and hiker). I've purchased prescription sunglasses before, but they were way too heavy and were very uncomfortable by the end of my activities. I was directed to a few options and selected a pair. Once I uploaded my prescription and a pic of my eyes, they went to work. I received the sunglasses after a few weeks but found that the earpieces were too tight and the lenses were not dark enough. It was painless to send them back and then I worked with a different Sports Optician (Oscar G) to sort through a list of frames that would be less tight. Oscar was very knowledgeable and gave me lots of information and links to help me make my choice. I was sent three frames to try and after I made my final selection and sent them all back, SportRx quickly made my preferred frames into my prescription. Of course, the new frames cost more than the original pair but SportRx gave me a nice discount! Due to the back and forth mailing, I was worried that my sunglasses wouldn't arrive by the beginning of a 3-day bike ride I had planned. I emailed my friendly contact, Oscar, and he had my glasses expedited. Oscar was a star throughout the process - always there to answer my emails and very helpful. I got the glasses in time for my bike ride and they are fantastic! I highly recommend SportRx!

Good day Joyce assisted me with customer care. I was just the middleman, in accepting and transporting my friend Danie.s order, but I was the person dealing with your company and had the pleasure of dealing with Joyce. She is the lady who assisted me with the lost item. Very friendly and helpful and engaged in every option for assistance. Furthermore, I am a foreigner with a limited time and the issue was quickly resolved, keeping track of the progress until resolved. Joyce's customer care is outstanding!
