I've contacted customer service leaving 2 voicemails and multiple emails regarding their offer of a 15% discount if I signed up for a newsletter. I never received any support or return call. I'm ready to buy. They just lost a sale.

Trotz sehr gutem Tragekomfort und schönen Design kann und möchte ich hier keine Bessere Bewertung abgeben. Gekauft wurde ein Trailrunning Schuh / Jackal II, ich habe den Schuh 3x getragen - ca.1 Monat alt ( gemischtes Terrain ), beim Bergab laufen riss aus unbekannten Gründen das Netz im oberen Zehenbereich ein. Nach Reklamation bei meinem Händler, bekam ich nun die Rückmeldung das es sich lt. La Sportiva um Eigenverschulden handelt.Bei einem Schuh um 200€ erwarte ich mir dann doch eine andere Qualität und vor allem mehr Kundenorientierung wenn es um Kulante Lösungen geht. Ich bedanke mich recht herzlich dafür und werde mir nie wieder einen Schuh dieser Marke auch nur ansehen.

Ho avuto modo di comprare scarpe da trekking sul sito dove si vede La Sportiva. Vero è che era un prezzo stracciato .Contattando la stessa, via imeil per tracciamento della spedizione,mi è stato comunicato che sono stato truffato da un sito truffaldino. Non siamo noi dicono. Il sito dove ho comprato è tuttora attivo. Continuano peraltro a vendere, a nome della Sportiva.tutto questo è un po' strano . Come mai LA SPORTIVA permette a truffatori di usare il proprio marchio? Non fate come me state attenti !!!🤔

Un anno fà ho acquistato il terzo paio di scarponi e dopo una quantità abbondante di km si è rovinata la soletta interna. Ho acquistato online un paio di solette nuove, sul loro sito online, ma non è arrivato il modello richiesto, inviata mail per avvisare dell'errore mi hanno inviato le solette corrette con le scuse per l'errore. Vista la qualità del marchio non potevo aspettare altro che serietà, grazie.

La Sportiva is sooo pickey about returns, I wore a pair of women's hiking boots Ultra Raptor II around house for a few days, and determined they were just too small. I tried to return them and LA sent them back. Further they are uncomfortable and very expensive compared to other hiking boots.

Nach nicht mal 4 Monaten sind bei meinen kaum benutzten Schuhen die Sohlen abgelaufen. La Sportiva lehnt Gewährleistung ab! Finger weg von dieser Marke! Absolut minderwertig!

I am extremely disappointed with La Sportiva's customer service. I have been trying to get a simple replacement buckle for my Vega touring boots for six weeks now - without success. Instead of sending me replacement parts in a straightforward manner, I was first referred to the original dealer (who I can no longer visit in person), then to a Norwegian distributor Atello, who turned out to be inactive. After countless emails between La Sportiva and the Norwegian distributor, I was repeatedly put off or ignored. It seems as if they just wanted to send me round in circles instead of finding a solution. Conclusion: Poor customer service, no commitment and no willingness to really help the customer. If you need a reliable supply of spare parts, you should think twice about using La Sportiva.
