Ho acquistato due paia di scarpe la sportiva on line, direttamente sul sito, mi arriva una mail in inglese dove mi ringrazia x l'ordine poi subito dopo il codice tracking, è passato un mese e non ho notizie del pacco, ho scritto al servizio clienti e mi rispondono che il mio ordine non esiste, ho capito che sono stata truffata, naturalmente loro se ne lavano le mani e me sono stati rubati €100. Non comprate sul sito, truffano

speso 350 per 2 paia di scarpe non sapendo la calzata esatto, quindi ho fatto reso del numero sbagliato con track ecc mai ricevuti i soldi indietro e addirittura dicono pacco perso… brutta esperienza incredibile servizio zero comprate altrove

LA SPORTIVA Herren Tarantulace Kletterschuhe über Amazon Market Place (Naturzeit) gekauft. Nach weniger als 7 Monaten reißt das Material auf. La Sportiva verweigert jegliche Gewährleistung!!! Minderwertiges Material, Finger weg!

My husband and I both bought trainers through a company. We both had issues with our trainers, wear and tear after a short space of time. La Sportiva refused the warranty and gave ridiculous reasons why their product is not to blame for the issues we both had. I will never buy a LS product again. Shame on you!!

I'm giving a one star because the system won't allow zero stars. The hiking shoes (ultra raptor 2) arrived in early June 2025 and I found that the fit was uncomfortable. The way the boot is constructed allows no flexibility. I wanted to be reimbursed 180 pounds plus costs. I sent the boots back right away. It is now August 3rd. I am told repeatedly that the boots are "with Italian customs." I am certain the company knows this process is long and convoluted. I bought these boots in good faith and should be reimbursed in good faith. I find La Sportiva unprofessional, unethical, and appalling. This is the worst service I have ever received. Please avoid any of its products. After all of this time and the same feeble excuses, I can say that this company has effectively stolen my money. Caveat emptor!!!!

I bought the La Sportiva Trango Tower boots in July last year. I’ve taken them on just two mountaineering trips in the Alps, fewer than 15 days of actual use, and the front section is already visibly worn out. These are supposed to be high-end mountaineering boots. They’re marketed for serious use in alpine terrain, and yet they’ve lasted barely more than two weeks. For the price, and from a brand like La Sportiva, I expected at least a few years of use before this kind of degradation. NOT 15 DAYS! Note - these boots have been used NORMALLY (i.e. normal hiking in mountains, going up in snow, nothing out of the ordinary). I contacted La Sportiva and their response (after TWO months) was, "The sole of the Trango line features a front section known as the “Climbing Zone,” which is made of a softer material compared to the rest of the sole unit. This design is intended to provide enhanced grip and adherence during climbing activities. Therefore, it is normal for the front area to wear out slightly faster than the rest of the sole." Seriously? So you design a boot for technical alpine climbs, make the front section deliberately soft, and then wash your hands of any responsibility when it falls apart after minimal normal use? That's just bad design. This is not a serious company. They don't respect mandatory consumer law (which provides customers of redress against defective products). Buy from Scarpa instead or another company. But avoid La Sportiva like the plague. Legal action is currently being considered.

Se avete in mente una gita e dovete acquistare online, perché sfortunatamente le taglie non sono disponibili nei negozi, vi consiglio di acquistare 6 mesi prima. In caso siate insicuri della taglia (perché in negozio dicono una cosa mentre le recensioni online dicono un’altra e sul sito non spiega per niente la vestibilità di un prodotto) ordinate 1 anno prima sempre se l’assistenza vi dà notizie. I prodotti potranno essere anche buoni ma acquistate da terzi, almeno aiutate i negozianti/rivenditori

Ich hatte 1 Paar Bergschuhe bestellt, die sich leider als VIEL zu schmal erwiesen (ich habe keine übermässig breiten Füsse). Auf der Webseite findet man keinen einzigen Hinweis, dass man für den Rückversand selber aufkommen muss. Die Retoure anmelden erwies sich als unmöglich, da das System stets behauptete, meine Angaben seien falsch. Der Kundenservice hat auch beim dritten Versuch nicht begriffen, was das Problem ist. Erst als ich darum gebeten habe, mir ein Retourenlabel per Mail zu schicken, haben sie verstanden, was ich wollte. Als ich dieses dann ausdrucken wollte, durfte ich lesen, dass ich für den Rückversand selber aufkommen muss. Das kostet von Österreich nach Italien knapp €20.- ! €20.- dafür, dass ich immer noch ohne Bergschuhe dastehe! Definitiv das erste und v.a. LETZTE Mal, dass ich bei La Sportiva etwas online bestellt habe.
