Easy to order and excellent products. I do feel however that they should expand their base package to include additional items for add on....especially when sending to male customers.

Ordered a care post surgery package. It arrived 2 days later than expected with the soup unusable. The customer service team not only refunded my shipping, but also sent another complete care package to the intended recipient. Have used them before and will continue to do so! Great product and service.
