Sent this box to a friend that had knee replacement surgery. They loved it and send me a nice note saying they had never seen this box. His wife really appreciated an easy meal during this time.

Great Thank You Gift! My friend was over the moon when they received their little bundle of soup, cookies and other goodies.

Three stars only because this is my second gift and just like the first one, the vegetable soup had SO much tarragon in it, that I couldn’t eat it. Other than that that, presentation is nice. Love the reversible boxes!

Everyone that I sent it to, loves it! It is a great way to show that you care - whether it's a happy time or sad. I send it it for many different occasions.

I’ve used Spoonful of Comfort multiple times for both clients and industry partners, and every experience has been seamless. The presentation is lovely, the products are high quality, and delivery has always been reliable. As a small business owner, having a trusted service that helps me send comfort, gratitude, and celebration in such a thoughtful way is invaluable. It has genuinely supported the way I build relationships in my work. Highly recommend.

This order #4475283 was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday. Today is Wednesday, it doesn't look as if it will be delivered until Thursday or Friday. I didn't order soup for Wednesday, or Thursday, or Friday. So I don't feel it is fair to ask me to pay for something I didn't order. If the can't meet the customer's need then they should state so and not accept the order! Your CEO said "I promise to deliver a Spoonful of Comfort with as much care as if I were sending it to my own mother."Is this how he treats his mother, by hanging up on her. I had used Spoonful of Comfort in the past several times and was impressed. Apparently success leads to failure. I can accept a lot of things, but not hanging up on me when I call customer service. The order was suppose to be delivered on Tuesday. Tonight Wednesday I just received an email that the ordered has been shipped meaning it will get there Thursday or Friday. That's not what I ordered. If a company can't fill an order they shouldn't accept it. A considerable point in ordering the soup is to have it delivered when someone needs it, when they're not feeling well for example, not 3 days later when they're already back to work. I'll be looking for a company that can show a minimum level of respect.

Very easy order. Delivery is always fast. Everyone who has received a gift basket has loved it. The blanket is so nice also. And the packaging is always nice and neat,
