I always get the package in a timely fashion.

Never had any issues until my last order. Received an email that it shipped late, and they were sending out a new package. No updates, no confirmations. I don't even know if they first or second packages were delivered?? Not the best experience this time.

The delivery arrived way too late, and not when promised! The "comfort" soup caused more stress to the recipient due to expected arrival, and no other food prep arrangements due to expecting the delivery. Also, way too expensive! Will not ever order it again.
