I ordered a dress for the 4th of July. It was too big so I sent it back and ordered a new one with 2-day shipping. The dress arrived on time, however, Splendid sent the wrong product and made no effort to remediate their error. For an upscale brand they clearly have no objective to create or maintain customer loyalty. Won't be ordering again.

I would actually give it zero stars. Terrible customer service. I purchased something and realized it was my old address. I tried to contact them immediately by email. They refuse to change the shipping address or cancel the order. I just lost $200 because I will never see this merchandise.. there is no phone number to contact either.. Shameful!,

Scam scam scam! Even incorrect charges to what was displayed at checkout resulting in me paying $30 more than expected. Product was garbage, worth $2 and I paid $60!was an Easter gift and didn’t arrive till weeks after Easter!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I ordered a mug almost 2 months ago as a gift for my DIL. Got a tracking number and it seems the item disappeared into oblivion. I sent them an email AND disputed my charge but they were right on top of it and advised the 1st one got lost and automatically sent out a new one without giving me an option to just cancel it. Her birthday is next week and I still have no gift. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE!! If I could review it on their site I would do exactly the same thing!! Wish I had checked here before ordering

Ordered a product and never received it. Company would not offer refund or any other compensation.

Do not order from here been waiting 2 weeks for a board game company saying its shipped but parcel lost. Lucky for them they didnt know my hubby works at the shipping company and it was never shipped

I ordered a 5 pack of 3d cards for my grandsons. Only 3 arrived. They basically accused me of lying as their shipping company would never make a mistake. I sent pictures of the 6x8 envelope the cards were shoved into 3 emails later the offered me $3.00 refund. All I wanted were my cards. I will never order from them again and don’t advise anyone else to either

I have worn Splendid for years. I'm sensitive to fabric that is not soft so Splendid is my go to brand. I struck gold on their website with the current now or never sale. The items arrived quickly and just as I had ordered. I love their long sleeve tshirts. They look great, are soft and yummy, and wash well, maintaining their colors and structure. I just purchased some of their flexible fit underwire tshirt bras, one in every color. They are the most comfortable bras ever, super soft, well constructed and well made.
