Terrible shipping with only vague automated answers.
update. My order arrived today August 2. So the delay was annoying and the lack of concrete information of when it would be delivered was very unprofessional. But I’ve updated it to three stars because the product did arrive. said order shipped 7/22 still no movement. Receive same automated message that it shipped and will be updated. terrible customer service.I Like their products, too bad they can’t ship them. I will update if ever resolved.
