Poor protection of customer privacy and information
I received 3 copies of a recent promotion - one with my name and address, and two others with my address, but with two strange names. I called the store in UTC and all I got was a shoulder shrug from 2 employees (and one was rude to me). They said they had no information and could not help me. I told them this could be a hacking of their site and I was concerned about my personal information. I was told to enter my complaint on their website. I did so, and attached copies of the error. And weeks later, NO REPLY OR ACKNOWLEDGEMENT of my issue at all. I will NEVER deal with this company again. I am appalled that they don't take privacy of customer information seriously and don't even bother to respond to customer issues - which might indicate a serious problem on their end.
