They VANISHED
I won $1500 last night. Been checking the site numerous times today to make sure my redemption request is correct. About 30 minutes ago I decided to check it one last time tonight and I notice the entire site has vanished. I emailed them, the email bounced. Its like they just disappeared out of nowhere. Im very upset, I've basically been scammed. Really sucks that I wont be getting that $1500 of winnings! Needed that lol. [EDIT] The site goes completely offline. Looks abandoned. Then boom, it'll magically come back. Then it'll disappear again. I've used several friends and families devices to make sure im not the only one going through this. It was the same on all the other devices I used. This site goes offline & online multiple times a day. Very odd & not professional at all.

Missing out on so much business
Offered amazing deals on initial signup. Haven’t sent an offer since. Which is crazy because I get daily emails from all the competitors and spend hundreds daily on their deals. Splash is missing out on so much potential business by not offering weekly deals. $99 for 150 SC for example

Waiting on redemption still.. my experience has been miserable with the verification process but I'm hoping things turn around fast!
Verification process was miserable but after like 6 hours it's finally verified then I cashed out 100 to skrill still waiting for my redemption

Hey Bruce, After carefully looking into your situation, we unfortunately had to decline your redemption request. This is because one of the documents you sent us was manually altered by you. Using forged documents is strictly against the Splash Coins Terms & Conditions. Proper documentation is a critical part of our process to ensure the safety and security of all players, and we take document authenticity very seriously. Therefore, your redemption was declined and your account has been closed. All the best, The Splash Coins Team

No redemption help
Mediocre experience overall so far. Have made several purchases and all went through immediately. Have had two total redemption so far. One for 150 which went through right away. A second for 450 which has been pending for 6 days. I have messaged their live chat and was initially told that my cas would be escalated. Whatever that means. I tried to contact them both today and yesterday again to ask about the pending redemption. There is now no live agents availible... Splashcoins has replied on here saying it has went through when it most certainly has not yet. I would attach a Pic but it will not let me. I would happily update my rating to 4 or 5 stars if my redemption ever does go through
