Someone canceling last the redemption
I had been waiting for my redemption to be processed and been in contact several times via email. Per the wording on the site, if you used Skrill Acct it should be processed immediately. The only person who was responding is Robert and Roy tonl each email. Which i find odd because they are normally different people each time. I had then selected to message about the situation instead of email. Well I just received an email stating, that per my request i had asked for them to cancel. Well, I went back to that conversation and there isn't any where in the correspondence where I asked for it to be cancelled. Also, in the subject line of the email, they had someone else's last name and not mine. Very concerning to me.

Hey there, First - we're happy to update that your redemption was approved yesterday, and the funds were successfully sent your way. Enjoy your prize! Regarding the confusion with the email - you're right that the wrong name was in the subject line. It was an error on our end, and for that we apologize and take full responsibility. Please pardon the mix up 🙌 Now that everything's been resolved, we'd really appreciate it if you'd consider updating your review to reflect the final outcome to fellow readers. We appreciate your patience while your redemption was sorted, and we wish you many more wins in the future. The Splash Coins Team

Bad First Impression
Not Looking good for this "Casino" was told my redemption would take 1 to 3 business days however that is not the case as they make excused about how my redemption is being reviewed over 4 days straight. Do not game with this company.. Disgusting

Hey John, Thank you for taking the time to write your thoughts. Thousands of players successfully redeem prizes with Splash Coins every week, typically within our swift processing window. There is a very high chance that your redemption request was already approved and sent your way, but we need a few more details about your account to confirm that. Please reach out to [email protected] with your account details and we'll make sure this is indeed the case. The Splash Coins Team
