I won money and tried to cash out. This would have been my 3rd and 4th cash out. They declined the redemption and said there were inconsistencies with my PayPal account even though it went through perfectly. Tried contacting in game support with no answer and also tried email only to receive a response that stated email support was only for log in issues.

When its time for the less then 24 hour redemption which is not true there is no way of contacting anybody and it ask for you to upload info that you already submitted dor the account to get started period they are scamming

They will not let me verify my account so that I can redeem money. I deposited a multiple times and won multiple times. But every time I go to redeem it says my account is not verified. But when I contact customer support no one messages me back!! I don’t know what to do.

Not sure why the reviews are so poor. I’ve played so many different online casinos, and the result has been the same. Scammed dry. SpinSorcery doesn’t have the greatest selection of slots I’ve seen, but wow I had fun. I’ve cashed out 3 times since I started playing 2 days ago, and if you get the elite wallet (just provide verification) you actually receive the cashout in 24hrs or so. They have really good deals for SC as well. I’ll get 10 SC each day for the next 6 days. I lost my balance tonight but it’s alright, can’t expect to win forever. They will not let me verify my account so that I can redeem money. I deposited a couple times and when I go to withdrawal it tells me I need to set up and verify my wallet and I try to and it won't let me it just tells me unfortunately it is not worked I have some screenshots and I really think something should be done cuz that is ridiculous.
