March 25 2025. When i submitted a request for withdrawal. I tried Spinscorcerys ACH transfer knowing that it will ask me. Which bank will they send the money, But it didn't. And there's no detail to see where it was wired. There's no option to cancel it either. So I'll be trying to call them. Do you have it canceled? But I cannot get ahold of no one. Did I receive an email regarding the transfer was successful last march 28. And there it was written the last 4 digit of my closed bank account. And how can it be transfered successfully if the account is closed. The bank will reject it or the transfer will fail. Trying to contact them again, but every answer you have to wait like 30 minutes. Then when I ask about my withdrawal. They stop answering. I don't know what to do the get my $109 front Spinscorcery. Spinscorcery please settle this. Letting me verify my account after putting money on so that I can do it with draw.And they told me to reach out to the verification site that they use.Nobody is responding and I can't find anything.On mine about the verification site that they're using, so it seems fake.So I'll never be able to withdraw after depositing. Also. It is very sketchy that they tell you to add a shortcut to your Home Screen.But when you do, it takes you to a poker.That is nothing like spin.Sorcery.

I won 700.00 weeks ago and it went to a pay pal account that I no longer have …. No big deal I spoke with the customer support team and patiently waited for the next few weeks all the while keeping in close contact with them while they were resolving my issue . FINALLY TODAY I got a message saying they have unbound the old account and I can now go and bind a new PayPal account so I did that and sent them a message letting them know it was done . A little while later I get a message saying they sent my redemption and listed the same email that I had just waited weeks to unbind and did so …. I thought it was a joke this can’t be that difficult !!!! It’s not even that much money but now I feel like I’m being ripped off . Why else would they do that ? And to add insult to injury instead of saying. I’m sorry we made a mistake they are blaming me saying I approved that transaction. I’ve kept records with all of our correspondence . There is no question where the money should NOT BE SENT . What the hell have we been talking about for the past few weeks ???!!!! Unbelievable ! I’m extremely upset I’ve spent a lot of money with this company and feel like I’m getting scammed out of it now . I’m extremely disappointed that they aren’t fixing this I can’t beleive a company treats their customers this way . And please don’t send me a generic response from spin sorcery saying to contact customer care through the game . I’ve done that and look what’s happened so please don’t insult me further with that . I’ll just do what I need to do to get the money that is owed to me and do what is necessary to insure this company doesn’t continue ripping people off and treating them poorly. Why is it so easy to take my money but so difficult to give it back ?

I have had four withdraws, i received one out of the four. I today tried doing another withdraw and said I needed to verify my identity, which i did and says my account cannot be verified. It is a $2500.00 withdraw so now I feel like they do not want to pay that out. Tried customer service, no luck. There is no number you can call and speak with someone. Feels very unfair and sketchy. Its unfortunate because I really like the games on the app

Toal garbage! Do not play here. I purchased a package and they screwed me out of my free add ons. False advertisement! And when I contacted customer service about this they would not respond. They have very few games. And the games are out dated. Do not play here! This site needs to get shut down
