I have used this platform for probably a couple of years and had only a couple of issues where I won money and they wouldn’t pay it until I got verified. I’ve been verified twice now the last time I had a good size win, which was just like over 1000 they sent me a notice saying someone else was logged into my account which was not true after all so since then in March 2026, my account has been frozen they keep sending me links to re-verify myself every single link that they sent me is no good. It does not work. It stays stagnant. It does not have the camera do anything except to take a video of me instead of the circular image supposed to time and time and time again I have contacted them and asked if I can be verified through the regular way on that particular account and they do not let me they say I’m doing it wrong, etc. it is ridiculous at this point. I do like spin sorcery. I’ve paid a lot of money to them and lost some I don’t have grudges against that that’s my own doing. I have one some but like I said right now it’s stagnant. It’s really irritating and I’m tired of going through this with them over and over and over when they’re sending me links that do not work. I am verifiable through their account. It’s a quick verification process and they won’t let me use that I just want them to explain to me why I need to be verified again in the first place when I just got done doing it several months back secondly, why do they keep sending me links that obviously do not work I will tell them I’ve told him again and again, and they do not listen to me.

There is a good variety of games on this platform and they do offer game coin based play as well as real money. I do not enjoy the lag in communication from customer service when there are issues. On several of the games I have watched the tokens literally change a prize amount right before my eyes or change the tokens so you don’t win as you would had the tokens remained the same. In addition to this, the level up incentives are misleading. Your level status will fluctuate and progress towards a higher tier, leading to higher rewards HOWEVER they do not tell you or advertise that this is a one in a lifetime bonus. For instance, if you fail to maintain a game level, you will be demoted a tier. When you pay in thousands of dollars to reach the next tier in line, hoping to receive the bonus to recoup your losses for what you sacrificed to get to said level, only to be denied the bonus because you received it 3 years ago when you last reached the level in question. There are a lot of sketchy and unfair practices going on with this platform and scamming has been one of my choice words considering the tampering with the system to manipulate outcomes for their gain… it can’t possibly be lawful. Play carefully.

It's actually another app that's affiliated with this company. They are some scammers. After beating me out of $50 straight. I finally win and now they don't want to send me my damn money. Normally you redeem your money and you get it within a matter of minutes. Now they with this 24 hours stuff now, it's been almost 48 hours and they still will not pay me what they owe me. My account been fully verified. They kept trying to sale me lies like I'm new 2 this, I been using these apps for almost 2 years and they are giving me problems with my money. The gaming app is Cash Clash Slots. I'm a witness. Don't do business with these people because they will scam you. Honestly speaking! I have a picture of the app. I'm trying to see how I can upload it.

I've been trying to update my phone number. Finally they sent me a link. Verification was successful but still can't change my phone number. Been waiting to redeem. I trusted their other sites, always got paid but now on Sorcery reels I need my help and support is no where to be found. I'm not going to give up until I get my money. My son is a lawyer it's time for a class action lawsuit this company needs to be reported to the Attorney General so we can move forward with a class action lawsuit

I have have almost 1300 in winnings that have been processing and not sent I have tried the number to call I tried in app contact and email and no response! If I don’t receive my money I will escalate this matter

Just tried redeeming and even with it verifying my account it doesn't let me reedem my winnings. I believe I got scammed. I get told they escalated my issue to the verification department and I haven't received anything back.

I won 863.. September 07/25 I still to this day which is 10-09-25 still haven’t received that redemption… I contacted them several times no answer… I won another 300 tonight bet I don’t hear nothing back from them hellloo we use our own money they are collecting millions can’t pay us our few hundreds after we spend thousands to make them rich … I won’t be playing again until they pay up …
