HORRIBLE Spin Sorcery is one of the most deceptive and predatory platforms I’ve ever encountered. They lure you in with flashy promotions and the illusion of “sweepstakes,” but it’s just a front for taking your money under the guise of legality. Their games are rigged, their terms are shady, and the chances of winning anything meaningful are basically nonexistent. Worse, they make it nearly impossible to withdraw any winnings. If you do win, be prepared to jump through endless hoops, send in tons of ID verifications, and still get nothing. Customer support is unhelpful and delays responses on purpose. I had money taken from my account without authorization, and when I tried to dispute it, they hid behind their bogus “terms.” Do not fall for this trap. Spin Sorcery operates like a fraudulent casino disguised as a sweepstakes site. I’m reporting them to the CFPB, FTC, and my bank for shady, unethical behavior. Avoid this scam at all costs

Wish I could just write my review! When I signed up to play this game everything was great I would play, win & redeem without any issues. Then the end of last year I won a few games & went to redeem as usual and it asked me to verify. Which I was surprised because it never asked me that before so I did & remember I said end of 2024; I’m still waiting for the completion of this process. I still play the game because I love it but not being able to redeem my money is inexceptable. I’ve contacted them via chat & no help. The last time I was able to redeem is 12/24!!!! I’m still waiting for the team to respond or resolve my issue but they have not!!! Since December 2024!? This is ridiculous

Worst customer service ever and I mean EVER. They haven’t replied to me in 2 months. Horrible payouts too. They have no customer service reps at all. AVOID THIS GAME ITS A SCAM!!!

Scam. Zero customer service, purchased package that was supposed to give me a login bonus of $10 a day for 7 days, got nothing, and received no help from “customer support”

Thief’s. Froze account with money available and still won’t respond to emails

I wouldn’t give you no stars this is nothing but a scam 1st you say my bank declined transaction now your partners declined it. Then you say reach out to support that don’t respond to emails. Y’all are full of shit.
