Ordered two lights from them almost three months ago and I still haven’t received them. Every time I contact them they tell me I will have them in two weeks. Nothing but lies and deceptions. I requested a refund. I doubt I’ll get it, just like the lights I ordered. UPDATE 12/17/21 Got another email response and got told “15 more days”. Requested a refund of my money and have been ignored. This company is a scam.

this company sold me a $900 USD light and sent it with a spectrum that did not match the advertisement. I have been arguing with them for a year now trying to get some sort of resolution, whether that be a refund or a replacement and they literally just offer me things and don't deliver. Not one of the things they have promised me has happened and anytime I mention it online on rollitup forum or any other forum i'm immediately censored from posting by their staff. This company doesn't just not care about customers, they make it very clear they hate us.

They said the item was delivered and left at my front door but nothing was there when I got home, no card saying it was left, no email or text nothing, they refuse to help. In my opinion they are nothing better than crooks

I ordered the 2 piece SF2000 summer sale deal on the 5th of August. Yodal delivery driver just delivered me only 1x SF2000? Why haven't they sent both to me together? I should of known this wouldn't work out. If I don't receive my second SF2000 today I will return this light and cancel my order. What a joke, is it so hard to send me what I paid for.

They say they are located in cali, my product apparently arrived from china open box, lights in on position and looking quite used, not new. when returned the shipping is 100.00 keep this in mind when dealing with these people. This company is little more than a scam now.
