Very easy setup great lighting and ventilation

Also vorab, Produkte sind gut! Allerdings Service und Lieferung eine voll Katastrophe…. Wer Fragen zu Produkten hat, da die Anleitung mehr als nur dürftig ist, steht alleine da…. Warte auf das letze Paket, dann hab ich alles was ich von euch brauche. In Zukunft werd ich nicht mehr mit euren Artikeln nachrüsten, da mir Kundenservice und eine reibungslose, zeitnahe Zustellung wichtig sind. Schade

Bin durch YouTube auf Spider Farmer gekommen und hab mir ein growbox komplett Kit bestellt. Hab nach der Bestellung auf trustpilot geschaut und nach dem lesen der Bewertungen Eier flattern bekommen. Aber 2 Tage nach meiner Bestellung war das Paket komplett und ohne Beschädigung bei mir zu Hause. Einziger Kritik Punkt wäre es eine bessere Anleitung beizulegen oder alle zu einer zusammenzufassen

It's really a shame Spiderfarmer get all these bad reviews. After first ordering I thought I hadn't received any confirmation and seeing all these bad reviews worried me. I sent a slightly rude email to them which they responded to quickly and professionally. If I sent them an email I always had a response within 24hrs. Turns out the confirmation among other things had gone to my junk box. My tent arrived pretty quickly and it was much cheaper to get it direct from them then through another place. It's pretty new so obviously I can't speak for its longevity just yet but it seems perfect for what I want(I'm hesitant to use the viewing patch much as I could imagine the Velcro getting worn over time). 4x4 btw. Also 1 bar was damaged(still workable after a hammering) by my postal service and SF offered a partial refund which I declined so they are sending me out the piece that was damaged once it is back in stock(I will update this review if it does/does not arrive). Great customer service and I love my tent so far but it is early days tbf.

Habe mehrere Ventilatoren, growbox 120x120x200 , led SE5000 480W den Heater , led G1500 150 W ,Rohrventilator 4 und 6 inch Filter 100mm und 150 mm und eine heizmatte bestellt . Alles einzeln. Die Lieferung hat immer super geklappt. Die Ventilatoren sind zwei mal kaputt gegangen aber der Support hat alles schnell gelöst. Habe neue bekommen. Super antwortet schnell. Es gib allerdings Probleme mit den Zustellern. Dhl und DPD sind besonders schlimm. Da gibt's Probleme. Die Qualität ist ohne Frage 👍. Die Preise sind super in Vergleich zu anderen Herstellern .

rubbish! everything is just flimsy and makes you want to rage at 2025 quality SOOO MUCH! There are systems put together that make no sense.. I litterly look at the tent and think like... wow.. I can probably design a better tent in 15min or they are safe on material which makes their design useless.... the only thing that works right is the lights and they didn't make them.. they only put their stickers on them... humidifier metal coating inside came off after 2 months and never read the right RH... I will stay far away from any product they sell in future. I HATE THEM SO MUCH.. they wasted my time and more money just so they could make a few more bux they made my whole start of growing indoors a horror.. all I needed was working stuff that didn't need to be adjusted and checked constantly (and I mean by checking.. if the thing even still works...)

Tried for over 45 minutes to purchase a system... tried ppaypal,credit/debit... company would not accept payment...contacted company. No response...took over a day. Then they emailed me...oh we see you jad an issue. . okay try again,BUT the promo code you used will NOT be accepted...BUT we will offer 3% discount...BUT you have to pay shipping now too... THIS COMPANY IS SHEISTY AS HELLL...DO NOT TRUST THEM...GO WITH VIVOSUN...MUCH BETTER PRODUCTS ALL AROUND

I placed an order a week ago. I was looking up potential timeframe to see when it would be shipped and the site claims the orders go out in saw this, "We arrange shipment within one business day after you place your order". My order is still "processing". I sent a message this afternoon and of course have heard NOTHING. Also worth noting is that they claim 24/7 customer service but there's no phone number or live chat. The two phone numbers I found do NOT work. I'll be calling my cc tomorrow if this isn't resolved. I wasted a whole lotta time researching this last week only to end up ordering from a fraudulent company.
