I was having trouble with my controller panel. I contacted customer support by email and received a reply very fast...in less than 24 hours. Gloria checked in with their engeneering team for finding a solution and they found one. I received an exchange device today. There was some kind of defect in it. All in all it took them less than a week making me happy and keeping my babies safe. I can only recommend the products AND customer support.

Delivery was very fast and well packaged! The products are well-made and reliable. Should something not fit, the excellent customer service is quick to help. Whether it's advice or a new delivery. I've always been satisfied. I'd be happy to buy from you again, Spiderfarmer.

After three estimates of restock I still don’t have my product. I bought it when it was in stock. Customer service promised a lot and nothing happened. They maybe have nice stuff, but the customer service and logistics are amazingly bad. Think again when you buy spider farmer products. Try out local stores with their own stock to save yourself a month with frustration and false hope.

I’ve got several Spider Farmer products – a heat mat, grow light, exhaust fan with carbon filter, and two circulation fans (an older and a newer model). I’m really happy with everything except the older fan, but the newer version has fixed all the issues. Spider Farmer’s customer support is truly top-notch – quick, helpful, and professional. Can’t wait for my next purchase – planning to get their plant stand with lighting and a grow tent. Great quality and great service – highly recommend!
