I purchased 2, 1000watt grow lights. I could not provide proof of purchase. The team at Spider Farmer was more than helpful in addressing my needs. My light is back up and running,thanks to the guys at Spider Farmer. Def. 5 stars!

We placed two orders for lamps in December and a third one in early February. It is now March, and we have received only one shipment out of the three. For the first two orders we were promised delivery within 25 days. For the third order the promised timeframe was 15–20 days. It is now obvious that these timelines were deliberately underestimated just to secure the sale. Communication has also been extremely disappointing. The sales representative either ignores our messages or replies very rarely. And when they do reply, they avoid giving any clear answers and respond with vague, deflecting statements instead of providing a specific shipping timeline. At this point we have no clear information about when the remaining orders will actually be delivered. This level of service and communication is unacceptable for a business transaction.

Ho acquistato vari dispositivi spiderfarmer, tracui la nuova centralina GGSpro, la sconsiglio a tutti! non serve a niente, se non ad avere uno schermo dove poter leggere i valori, sulla centralina sono costretto ad usare la lingua inglese, invece dallo smartphone si puoʻ impostare la lingua italiana! sono dieci giorni che cerco di spiegare cioʻ al servizio clienti ma fanno i finti tonti e non mi vogliono far rendere l'articolo!! che poi entro i 30 giorni dalla ricezione dell'ordine il reso è d'obbligo, siete poco professionali!!

Achtung Betrüger! Keine Reaktion auf Widerruf. Ich hatte am Wochenende bestellt und kurz nach Bestellung von meinem Widerrufsrecht Gebrauch gemacht. Dann wurde es kurios: Die Mailadresse, von der ich die Bestellbestätigung erhalten hatte, war nicht erreichbar. Ich habe daraufhin weitere Mailadressen bei Google gesucht und meinen Widerruf an diese geschickt. Wieder das selbe - jedes Mal eine Nachricht, dass meine Email Spam ist und daher geblockt wurde. Daraufhin habe ich es telefonisch probiert - erst kam ein Klingeln, dann wurde aufgelegt. Auch auf das Eröffnen eines Falles bei Paypal kam noch keine Reaktion. So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt, eine absolute Frechheit. Ich habe dann von einer der Mailadressen, die ich kontaktiert hatte, die Info bekommen, dass das Paket nun auf dem Weg ist. Ich habe die Annahme digital verweigert und bin gespannt, wie es nun weiter geht. Hätte man auf meine Widerrufsmail reagiert, hätte ich mir ein anderes Produkt bei Spiderfarmer bestellt. So komme ich mir aber absolut verarscht vor, das ist das Allerletzte.

False advertising on returns if not satisfied with their product within 30 days. They're making it impossible to return and are bribing me with 500 points to keep their product which equates to only $5. Please make sure you are 110% certain you are going to keep their products as is without the possibility of a return because they will not cooperate. Worst customer service and experience with attempting to return an order. I suggest going with Vivosun as their products are top quality and have amazing customer service compared to POS spider-farmer.

It was all good and very very fast 👍💪

They advertise same day shipping. 2 weeks later and they still haven’t even dropped off the package to fedex. They are no help either, and want to offer a future 5% discount instead of shipping it. I will never buy from them again because of the garbage customer service.
