Placed an order ! Paid for 2-3 business days . Didn’t receive called and was told they would ship 2-3 business days from time they found full order and were ready to ship . She kept repeating the same story . Wouldn’t give me a straight answer as to his that was deceiving

I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Spicy Lingerie. I’m the type to leave detailed and long reviews, so bear with me. One of the most impressive aspects of Spicy Lingerie is the quality of their products. From delicate lace to luxurious satin!!! Spicy Lingerie delivers on both style and substance. I was MOST impressed by the durability of their lingerie, even with frequent wear. I was happy by how quickly my order was processed and shipped, I was also happy to discover that Spicy offers free gifts to their customers as a token of appreciation. This thoughtful gesture not only enhances the shopping experience but also reinforces the brand's dedication to customer satisfaction. Whether it's a complimentary accessory or a special discount, these free gifts add an extra layer of value!!! In conclusion, my experience shopping at Spicy was nothing short of exceptional. From the quality of their products to their prompt shipping and generous free gifts, every aspect of the shopping experience exceeded my expectations. Very very rude and disrespectful!!! Stephanie is always the one on live chat and she is rude and hostile, BEWARE!!! I ordered a corset for a Halloween costume and had to return it because it arrived broken. I was approved for a return so I returned it. I had to buy my own label and returned it within 24 hours. I just got a notice saying "Refused return" and they claim there's hair all over it and bodily liquids! What?! I NEVER wore this due to it arriving broken and I dont have hair, I have a bald head, also no animals. Stephanie kept yelling at me and making stuff up as she went! Never ordering here again!

I paid for priority 2-3 day shipping however I did not receive my order in that time frame. When I inquired as to why my order had not yet been shipped on day 4 I was told the priority shipping is for 2-3 days after leaving their warehouse. Needless to say that is not priority shipping. As someone who pays for orders with expedited service quite often I am quite irritated. I bought my items for a function expecting them to be delivered long before the event and I still do not have my items nor have they been shipped.

If I could score lower I would! I placed a $250 order (including the expedited shipping fee) for a variety of items for an anniversary. An initial order to try the site, see how they do with my first order. I wanted to try several types of pieces for sizing as well as model the pieces for my significant other. Per the site, it’s 2-4 days for processing PLUS 2-3 days for shipping. Per the snarky response from Raquel in customer service, it can be 5-7 days to process PLUS AN ADDITIONAL 2-3 days shipping time. So, in actuality there is no reason to pay anything for shipping as there is no expedient service. A customer has no idea what the processing time may be. It could be 2-7 days. If you’re planning anything, it’s an issue. Next, charges for shipping: if I am paying for 2-3 day delivery, I am expecting 2-3 days for delivery! Max of 3-4 days. Overnight delivery charges are ridiculous plus waiting a week or longer when you’re expecting a day to two days — forget it! Don’t waste your time or money. There is enough variety on the market to shop elsewhere. I opted into Fenty’s lingerie today after seeing my order still in limbo on Spicy’s website, so thank you Spicy Lingerie for reminding me that labels are worth it! Customer service is a thing. Y’all just lost thousands… Thousands.

I placed my order on June 18th received on June 27th. Their items aren't what they are worth, quality is subpar. I placed an order with priority shipping and it took a very long time to get here. Their website states it can take up to 4 business days to ship which they fully took advantage of and one day to process the items. Priority mail takes 2-3 days but it really means 2-3 business days so if it's shipped out on a Friday it really won't take 2-3 days but really 4 days. I emailed them stating that I received the items late and their response was very snotty. The free items were also very cheap, yes they were free but reminded me of what a dollar store would sell if they sold lingerie.

Bought 2 Snow White costumes in September and couldn’t get my money back when I was going to return them because they were considered “costumes.” So I was stuck with $99 store credit. Finally bought 2 dresses with my credit 8 months later. Got one dress and it was horrendous and the other one didn’t come and they said “will ship in 2-4 weeks because it’s out of stock.” I went to go return the dress I got and the return policy is so specific, making you write on paper asking for refund or exchange, package it perfectly, has to be within 7 days of delivery and they make you pay for return fee. Save yourself the trouble and shop somewhere else.
