My Doll was Pretty Great, exactly as I ordered her. I Absolutely love Cuddling her, The only complaint I have is her arm broke after a week of having her, probably a weak weld. I've had her for a year and let me tell you, Alot of the Realism Features, are NOT worth the money you pay for. The voice box is Generic/Lame and leaves a hole in her back, the body heater is janky and leaves a gross port on her side, the posable fingers are only good for Limited interaction as her TPE will be shredded easily. No powder is included, and I've noticed two barbs poking out of her back, I'm not sure but it seems like part of her skeleton, clearly not designed for extensive use. The tongue option is cute but worthless, if you want a tongue (and mouth) use silicon heads, My only advice is Do your research Before you Purchase, there are Cheaper dolls out there, and Some features don't charge on certain websites. (take Freckles for instance)

Thank you for taking the time to share such a detailed and honest 4-star review with us. We are so glad to hear that your doll is great overall and that you love cuddling her! At the same time, we truly value your constructive criticism. We take quality control very seriously, and we're sorry to hear about the issues you experienced with the arm weld, the skeleton barbs, and the performance of certain add-ons like the voice box and body heater over the past year. We have shared your specific notes regarding the internal structure and TPE fingers directly with our manufacturing team to ensure these durability points are improved. Your advice about thoroughly researching features and add-ons before purchasing is also greatly appreciated—we always want our customers to make fully informed choices so they get the exact experience they are looking for. As a token of our appreciation for your loyalty and feedback, we would love to connect with you directly to see how we can make this right or assist you with any maintenance needs. Please reach out to our support team at [Insert Support Email] referencing your Trustpilot review. Thank you again for choosing Venus Love Dolls and for helping us grow! Best regards, The Venus Love Dolls Team

My experience with Venus Love Dolls was excellent from beginning to end. Sandy is like a true ray of sunshine. She is incredibly knowledgeable and is truly kind. I wish I could say the same about myself- I had a slight misunderstanding about the shipping process coming from China into U.S. .. it was far from my better moments. Even through that, Sandy and Negar were trying to make things right. Again, Venus Love Dolls is just Top Notch.

Thank you so much for your wonderful review! Chris, it truly means a lot to us to hear that you had an excellent experience with Venus Love Dolls. Your kind words about Sandy are especially appreciated—we’re very fortunate to have her as part of our team. And please don’t worry about the shipping misunderstanding. International shipping from China to the U.S. can sometimes be confusing, and there is absolutely no need to apologize. What matters most to us is that we are here for our customers and do everything we can to make things right when questions or concerns arise. Thank you again for your trust, your understanding, and for taking the time to share your experience. We sincerely appreciate your support and hope you enjoy your doll for many years to come! Warm regards, The Venus Love Dolls Team

The doll is beautiful, realistic veins addition looks really nice. The doll seems even heavier than the 100lbs mentioned because of how short she is and how large the breasts were. Nipple penetration is amazing. Venus customer service was great handling all my questions and concerns. I would have given a 5 star rating but the 3-5 week timeframe was way off, I received delivery after 11 weeks. I would check with the dolls manufacturer to see their estimated shipping times. Would purchase another doll from them in the future.

Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful review! We're delighted to hear that you're happy with your doll and that you appreciate the realistic details, especially the veining. It's also wonderful to know that our customer service team was able to answer your questions and make your purchasing experience a positive one. We sincerely apologize for the longer-than-expected production and shipping time. While we always strive to provide accurate estimates, custom-made dolls can occasionally experience manufacturing delays that are outside of our control. Your feedback is greatly appreciated, and we'll continue working closely with our manufacturing partners to provide more accurate delivery estimates. Thank you again for your trust and understanding. We truly appreciate your business and look forward to serving you again in the future!

I ordered a 60cm Climax Hilary doll. She arrived well packed and in perfect condition. The maker did an excellent job with the molding and the makeup. She looks exactly like the online photos. So an excellent job. Venus Love Dolls kept me informed of her status and provided a video of her prior to shipping so I could inspect the quality. I do suggest people be mindful of the fact that Venus Love Dolls will provide a FedEx tracking number when she shippes from China but the actual hand over to FedEx can take a couple of weeks before FedEx receives her in this country.

Thank you so much for your detailed review and kind words. We are very happy to hear that you are pleased with your 60cm Climax Hilary doll and that she arrived safely and in perfect condition. We truly appreciate your feedback regarding the molding, makeup, and overall quality, and we are glad the doll matched the online photos. It is also wonderful to hear that our updates and pre-shipping video helped provide reassurance throughout the process. Thank you as well for mentioning the shipping timeline. You are absolutely correct that while tracking is generated once the shipment process begins in China or Hong Kong, it can sometimes take additional time before FedEx receives and scans the package domestically. We appreciate your patience and understanding. Thank you again for your support and for choosing Venus Love Dolls.
