The set up was super easy and I really like the option to be able to increase vitamin D in this more natural way!

Device is easy to use and seems to be of very good quality. I just have not had it long enough and had a test to prove it is boosting my Vitamin D yet...I am darker skinned and it has not burnt me but i do get an hour long walk each day.

This lamp came very well packaged with easy to understand instructions, essentially it is "plug and play." The exposure guidelines were well written and very easy to follow.
