A month and a half ago, my Vitamin D lab test result was 24 ng/mL. After using the Sperti every other day for 5 minutes each session, my serum D level rose to 39 after less than a month. Happy me!

Prompt shipping, easy set up.

First, let me say that I have both the Vitamin D lamp (purchased in 2020), and the Fiji Sunlamp (purchased in July of this year). I can't say enough good things about the D lamp, and I have recommended it to so many people because it works. I'm not as big of a fan of the Fiji because while it does work, it works very slowly, and by the time I have a decent summer tan it will be sweater weather. In fairness, starting this process in July is why I'm not where I want to be, and it's far better that it works slowly than to get a bad burn. With that said, I have mixed feelings about the company over a customer service interaction regarding the Fiji. After a month of use, I thought it wasn't working, so I called them. The person I spoke to was very kind but did not offer any suggestions and just stated that if the bulbs turned on, they were working. This seemed a bit unhelpful, so I sent an email requesting more in-depth assistance. I got a response in minutes, which is rare these days, but it was not very helpful. In hindsight, I should have realized that since their devices are FDA approved, they need to make sure they're FDA compliant, and they can't really say much beyond the information they have already published. I later realized that there was some user error involved in how I was using the device, and I wanted them to know that the problem was me and not the device, so I sent a short email explaining that I was at fault and thanking them for their assistance. I felt a bit silly when I realized that the fault was mine, but I wanted them to know that they were not at fault. What bothered me, and why this is a 4 star rating instead of a 5 star rating, is that there has been no acknowledgement of that email to date, which is in stark contrast to the very speedy response the first time. What I ended up feeling was that I was a bother to them rather than a valued customer.

I bought the Sperti sun tanning lamp. I watched YouTube videos and read reviews before purchasing. I wasn’t sure if it would really work, but it absolutely does!! I’ve been slowly getting color and it’s really helping with my skin issues as well. It’s also very easy to use and came very well packaged. I’m Very happy with my purchase.

I had the last generation what was digital and desert sun, this one doesn't get hot is easy to use and is STRONG. I tan daily especially the last few months in high powered bed with new bulbs and am Italian an DARKKK. This unit is no joke, I sat a little too close and burned. Also PLEASE use eyewear stickers or something, just trust me lol. Even if you think it's not doing anything ...It Is!!

This is an excellent product. I have been using this machine, as directed, for 5 years. Living in Michigan provides a shorter window of exposure to the sun, and it has been a life saver (literally) in the fall, winter and spring months.
