The item was not what I thought it was…
The item was not what I thought it was I sent it back. Filled out their paperwork that they told me I had to fill out. I did all of that and I still haven't received my money. This is Been 6 months. I dropped it off at the UPS on blitchyon Rd in ocala. I guess I'm just out $400 plus dollars

Please stop sending me review…
Please stop sending me review information and other emails about using my light. My credit card was charged back in November, but the light is back ordered and hasn't been received yet.

I ordered the product
I ordered the product. They took my money and about 2 weeks later said that it was on back order until January, which is tomorrow. It's been crickets ever since except for this rate your experience?! Business management and operations for this company is low. Not sure about actual device.

I don’t think it works very well
I don’t think it works very well, the bulbs aren’t strong enough to give you an actual tan. Very disappointed. Very expensive light bulb.

We are sorry to hear that you haven't seen the desired results. When using the Fiji Sun Tanning Lamp, make sure you have built up to the full 15 minute sessions (per area of exposure). It is also important to ensure you are not moving around or rotating during the exposure time. If the lamp still isn't working out for you, please keep in mind that we offer a 60 day return period. This is my 2nd review
This is my 2nd review. I tan very easily. I've had this machine about 15 days. I tanned every day for about 5 minutes. This is day 15 and there is absolutely no significant difference. I am returning it. I made two calls to the company inquiring where the lights should be positioned. I got two different answers. NOT WORTH THE MONEY Sorry folks.

Hi there, Thank you for sharing with us. Have you built up to the full 15 minute sessions yet? Most users will start to see the tanning effects after a few sessions at the full 15 minutes. If you are only doing 5 minute sessions, it will not be enough exposure to cause tanning of the skin. You should start out with shorter sessions for the first week or so but then gradually build up to the full 15 minute session length in order to acheive the desired results.

We are sorry to hear that your lamp is not working. Have you completed the ignition instructions that come with the device? The bulbs may need to be ignited before the first use and those quick steps will get it back up and running. Everything went great
Everything went great, the sunlamp works fine. It will be a few months before we run blood samples to see the changes in Vit D, etc .
