I recently ordered the Sperti Vitamin D Lamp as recommended by my doctor to help me in making vitamin D on days that I can't get outside to do it naturally. I'll start off with the delivery which only took a couple days!! Super fast! In fact, I was going to be out of town for a few days and ordered it thinking it would take a week or so to get here. I quickly found out it would be delivered while I was away from home and panicked knowing it would be sitting in front of my door for a couple days since I was out of town. I reached out to Sperti and they were able to arrange to have it delivered for FREE to a UPS location so that I could pick it up when I got home. Grateful for the awesome customer service and options I was given so I could go out of town and not worry about my package. Second, I had questions about the warranty and how to use my Vitamin D Lamp so I called customer service. My questions were answered and I felt more confident knowing how to use my lamp properly. Third, the Vitamin D Lamp is very easy to use. Everything you need is in the package and you pretty much just plug it in and set a timer (already on the lamp). Easy peasy. I'm so happy that there's an easy alternative to help us make vitamin D. I feel like I'm one step closer to reaching my goals of a healthier life.

Only 2 bulbs out of 4 work properly.

Arrived quickly, well-packed and with clear instructions. I've only used it a few times so far, but no problems or burns yet!

Have used twice and notice beginnings of tanning. Had a previous Sperti for many years until technology changed. Look forward to years of use. Douglas.

The Vitamin D lamp I ordered came very quickly, and was easy to use, just adjusted the bulbs and plugged in! Great product so far!!!

I am in the process of requesting a refund for the shipping cost that I have endured for returning the Sperti sunlamp, as a result of receiving it in the mail and reading on the first page of the manual, in big bold letters with the word "CAUTION" printed in red, that this unit is unsuitable for persons with a history of skin cancer. No where on the Sperti website did it say this, and so I was forced to return it, but at my expense, after not being warned on the purchase page that it was not recommended for persons with a history of skin cancer. That warning printed so boldly on the manual could have been put on the webpage for this product, which would have alerted me and influenced my choice to buy the sunlamp in the first place. I was interested in this lamp b/c it's advertised to increase Vitamin D levels since mine have been reported to be low through lab work. It isn't fair that Sperti would not pay for the return shipping cost when they left out this crucial warning from their advertisement online. I will be reporting Sperti business practices to the Better Business Bureau and state legislators of both NV and WA.

Getting my Vitamin D levels checked this week. I typically struggle with seasonal depression every summer and winter. I've made it a point to really get a lot more time outside this summer, which has helped me a lot. I don't really do well in either extreme temp hot or cold. Winter is going to be rough. So I can't wait to use my lamp more regularly. I've been using it on rainy days so far to get acclimated to it and it's helped me get through them.
