Excellent product that was shipped out quickly. Decided to invest in the Vit D lamp based on more evidence showing how important it is to have your levels over 50.

First, I am an M.D. and have a life-long research of UV light making vitamin D. Vitamin D is required for your immune system and the health of every cell, especially your brain, bones, heart, fertility, etc. To get the essential vitamin D, you have to Take it or Make it. But who has time to spend in the sun between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.to Make it? We are busy with work or family so I decided to Make it in the safety and convenience of my own home, anytime I wanted to... I found this lamp because it was recommended by my dietician. She taught me about vitamin D you get get from food but that it's most important to get an hour of sunlight every day. It's difficult to get good sunshine in the Northern Indiana winters. So I was very excited to find an option to help suppliment sunshine! I am so impressed by the simple instructions and set up! I have been using it for about a week, but already feel better knowing that I don't have to worry about if it will be cloudy, snowy or rainy because the lamp will help me keep my vitamin D levels up all winter! Easy to use. Comes with 2 pairs of protective glasses. Very clear important to read instructions. I am happy with my purchase

Delighted with the sperti vit D lamp. Particularly the inclusion of a 3-pin plug compatible with EU 3-pin sockets. I wish other 2-pin sources would make this conversion also for electrical.
