I am happy with the product, shipping time and customer service for the Vitamin D lamp model, I purchased 2 weeks ago. ( I called C S when two of my lamps didn’t work. They were polite and efficient with advice on how to adjust lamps that had loosened during shipment) There hasn’t been enough time passed to determine if it increases my Vitamin D levels but I assume they will. The only improvement I can suggest is that the count down timer should have a quieter ticking sound. The count down tick is a bit on the loud side and the final ding is jolting to say the least! Since the lamps shut off when time is down, I don’t see the need for the loud DING when the timer shuts off! Debra

I can't take vitamin D pills because they always give me bowel issues so when the wintertime comes I wouldn't be able to get any vitamin D without my Sperti Vitamin D lamp. I love it. It is extremely easy to use and keeps my vitamin D level up where my physician wants it to be. I was so happy to see on the "D-minder" app (tracks vitamin D intake) that it lists the Sperti vitamin D lamp on there so that I can keep track of my vitamin D level all year round. Just put your special eye protection on that comes with the lamp, set the amount of time you need and turn the switch on. The lamp will ding when your time is up.

Your guidance is pitiful. You tell us to determine our skin type and then follow the exposure schedule below. I know that I have skin type IV and that my vitamin d obtained is much slower than someone with type II or III skin type. I got sun all year from Mar thru Oct. I use the D minder app. I paid no attention to your guidelines because they are not at all helpful. I use it every day the same as I used the sun. You could let us know how much vitamin d the average person would get for each minute of the sun lamp by skin type. I believe the lamp is fine and will do a good job.

I have been using the Sperti Vitamin D lamp for several months. I wanted to wait until I had my levels checked before I wrote a review. I stopped taking supplements about 8 weeks ago, just to make sure that I got an accurate reading. My levels were 138!! Over 40 points higher than last year at the same time, and that was WITH supplementation. I am so impressed! I live in Canada, and our winters are cold and dark. I feel so much better knowing that the Sperti will keep my levels constant through the coming winter months. I’m so happy that I found this product.

Excellent fulfillment of our order. Our Sperti lamp came super fast. It is easy to set up and use. We are hoping to benefit from Vitamin D exposure from our lamp during the long dark winter here in Wisconsin.
