I contacted their support twice before ordering and the responses were prompt. I used the Vitamin D lamp for the first time today after reading the manual, and it went well. I did have to follow the troubleshooting to get it started. So glad that was included in the manual

Very good and useful

A sophisticated substitute for natural UVB-derived Vitamin D3 synthesis which is sorely lacking during winter months and year-round in the 21st Century due to the aerosol masking effect. As an exceedingly satisfied customer I will go so far as to say that the Sperti Vitamin D Lamp has dramatically improved my health and quality of life. I had a great many debilitating symptoms consistent with Vitamin D-deficiency in the 18 months preceding purchasing my Lamp, but all have improved in the span of 3-4 weeks following incorporation of the Sperti Vitamin D Lamp (plus magnesium bicarbonate-rich water essential for Vitamin D3 utilization by the body) into my daily regimen. I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough to the wonderful people at Sperti who have made my recovery from ill health possible. Thank you!!!

Sperti Vit D sunlamp arrived quickly and safely to Australia. Staff kindly answered my long list of questions in a timely manner. Sunlamp is very easy to use and has sturdy construction. Very happy with whole experience.

Great sunlamp but I hate the bell.

Ordering the Vitamin D Lamp was easy and delivery was timely. I had a little difficulty starting it the 1st time (my misunderstanding). A phone call to their service department and the problem was promptly and courteously taken care of. I have been using it for 2 weeks now. So far so good.

I can't take vitamin D pills. (5) minutes (3) times is great. The machine is a little pricey. My old one lasted for years. I had to stop using it because the bulb burnt out and Sperti stopped making the replacement bulb. The new sperti vitamin D machine is much easier to use. Hope it last as long as my old one.

I encountered a serious problem as a result of a mishap on the fault of a global shipper, I ordered multiple lights from sperti and this would have cost me hundreds to fix; honestly I was anxious about it for days. I called sperti directly and they answered right away, no bots or delays , they picked up instantly. Beth helped me out and literally fixed the entire issue within 10 minutes. Even though it was an issue they weren’t at fault for, sperti showed me how much integrity they have as a company based on how swiftly and empathetically Beth helped me to fix the problem. She was thorough, kind and Came up with a solution to ensure I didn’t have to encounter fees due to a separate shipping company’s mistake. Sidenote: I was personally slightly skeptical before ordering high quality lights from any company and was referred to sperti because they were supposed to be best in the industry. I can honestly say with 100% certainly, I SEE why that is now. I have absolutely no affiliation with sperti and realize that this review might come off that way because of how blown away I am from sperti. The truth is i was testing different lights for my clients in my health coaching company who might need them; I’m now 100% certain that I have found the best in the industry and I won’t be looking anywhere else for top quality UVA & UVB lights.
