I’ve had my vitamin D lamp for about a week now, and it has to be one of the best purchases I’ve made! I’ve been low in vitamin D occasionally and don’t respond well to supplements. Just having used this a few times, I’m already feeling more energized, focused, and mood is much better. I’ve also always been prone to seasonal depression in the winter. This is the thing to curb it. I’ve tried LED lights, long walks outside. Nothing has helped as much as this has so far. Just wish I’d gotten this sooner. Totally recommend.

I was mega impressed with how fast this lamp arrived! It was faster than Amazon & I was so glad to start using it right away!

My skin is fine being outdoors and sun bathing in the summer but in the fall and winter, it gets dry, and bumps, where I have to use Vasoline jelly. I am age 69. It has taken about 3 months of using the lamp (Vit. D) but my skin is now improving where I do not use the jelly. I also placed a mirror (plastic) behind the four bulbs which increases the light exposure. I use it 5 minutes per day.

My SPERTI lamp made it in 2 days despite "being delayed" with snow storms all over the country. The suggested 3 minute exposure was just safe and effective for me to start with. I had no visible results and in an hour after I could feel more energy as it upped methylation and healing. Fissure in skin that had lasted a year after stop testosterone and restarted. For a year I had lousy healing until I started the UVB. That improved with the first UVB exposure and each one after that.
