Really fast shipping. The product is easy to use and I’ve already started to see results after 1 week of use for my severe psoriasis.

The UV-B lamp was very fast to arrive (although UPS messed up in the end, as usual). One lamp did not work, but I just turned it a bit so that the text on it faced forward - and everything was fine. Using the lamp is very straightforward. I can't say if my vitamin D is up already, but the thought of it helping me, is already a great start.

I purchased 2 different lamps from Sperti, hoping to get our vitamin D levels up during the winter months. I got a great price since they were bundled together at a discount. The lamps both arrived quickly, and without any issues. Using the D lamp and the Sun lamp (and while still building up to the full usage times) for only 1 month increased out D levels by more than 10 and took us from too low to normal. I'm very happy.

Fantastic. I had the 50yo Sperti Sunlamp previously and it worked great. This one is even better. In fact I'd warn anyone starting to use it to follow the instructions! After a time or 2 I raised the time exposure to more than 3 minutes and I got a bit of a sunburn. It can be very deceptive since there is no heat involved. Used properly you will get a great tan plus get rid of some of the winter blues associated with lack of sun exposure. Only one negative comment: that LOUD bell at the end can give you a heart attack if you aren't ready for it.

Although I've only been using the lamp for one month, I have not gotten sick yet, so that's a really good sign! I usually get sick every few weeks during the winter so I hope it has permanently solved my problem. So far, so good!

I recently had a test done for my vitamins and found I was horribly deficient in vitamin D. My boyfriend also had the test and was also deficient. We tried taking vitamin D pills, but the higher the dose the more I got horrible headaches. We also read taking the pills depletes your magnesium. And we heard very discouraging stories on Reddit of people taking the pills and barely raising their levels over years. And then we discovered the sperti vitamin d lamp. It was an easy decision to buy it, as taking the pills did not seem effective or worth the headaches. So far, I’ve had no ill effects at all. I don’t know notice any changes in my energy, but I feel good. I haven’t had my vitamins retested but I’m confident it’s making a difference after reading so many other peoples experience.

I did a lote of research before purchasing this and it has been a great decision! I was low on vitamin d and trying to get enough with food and supplements and living up in North Dakota we just don’t get enough sun in the winter and I was so lethargic. Beyond what’s normal and I was achy in the joints and simply trying to make it though each day. After the first session with this lamp I had amazing energy and my depression has gone away and I’m just amazed at the difference this lamp has made.
