The Sperti light is a great way to fight the Winter blues. It helps my moods in a way nothing else does. My wife and I live in Portland, Oregon. This makes getting enough vitamin d from the sun a challenge. We purchased the Sperti Sunlamp back in November (2 months ago). It seems to be constructed well and operating it is straightforward. We've been using it frequently in the mornings when we wake up to help with our circadian rhythms and, of course, to boost vit d production. Both of us have enjoyed the boost in energy and mood we feel after using the Sperti. I think it has helped clear up my skin, as well. Definitely recommend this product.
