For a long time, I have been very low in Vitamin D and unable to tolerate oral pills and have even tried to apply it topically resulting in GI side effects. I have been using the Sperti Vitamin D sun lamp for a couple weeks now and have not experienced any side effects. In fact, I was able to do the 5 minute treatment every other day after the first two tests without any problems. It has been safe and easy to use. I look forward to testing my levels at a future doctors appointment.

Well made product. I’m glad I ordered it. It was packaged securely, although two of the bulbs were a little loose but no big deal. I just popped them back into place.

The product arrived as predicted and worked after I followed the procedure described to "ignite" the lamps for the first time. I did not personally take any vitamin D tests before or after, so I cannot comment on effectiveness but I believe that it will over time as it did in the study that used the Sperti. I plan to assess how I am feeling next spring, compared to how I was feeling after last winter with no vitamin D lamp use.

I have been using my Sperti for a few weeks now and have noticed a reduction in fatigue and my autoimmune symptoms that usually come on in the winter when my vitamin D levels are low. I would suggest it for anyone with SAD or joint issues due to autoimmunity. It is somewhat small in size, so need to rotate the body or the placement of the device. It works quickly, within 5 minutes I feel a difference and an increase in energy. It can cause slight sunburn if you stand too close to it, so make sure to follow the instructions on the booklet included. Overall, it’s going a good job with decreasing the issues I purchased it for!

I ordered this product to help with a skin rash I get in winter months that is always clear in summer with sun. I am very pleased with the product! The rash has cleared up in about a month of use. It is important to use the product as directed in the instructions for the time exposure. It is truly amazing what it does :)

I ordered the vitamin D lamp to help my wife with her extremely low vitamin d. We've only been using it for a week but it seems to work very well. The ordering process was quick and simple. After the purchase was made, it was shipped very promptly. I am pleased with the purchase and hoping for the results that are testified too.
