The quality is realy not what I was expecting. I bought those shoes before and it was real leather but not those one...

I ordered sale shoes (final sale) a style I have owned before. The product the sent is a different material that the picture on the website. They are awful and I would never wear them. They DO NOT admit their mistake. NEVER EVER order from them online. NEVER. Fraudulent advertising.

We used to love their shoes! I will not purchase again (Australian site) as twice now my order has not been fulfilled despite the website showing that stock was available for the exact same item months apart. The shoes are also not as good quality now hence why I needed to order again. They did however refund promptly.

RUBBISH QUALITY - BUYER BEWARE!!!! In the 1980's, Sperry was a quality shoe brand. My Sperry boating shoes lasted for years, and looked great. Today they are made of the cheapest materials, fall apart quickly and no longer represent the brand I used to love. Find another brand of boating shoe and save your money. THEY ARE CHEAP RUBBISH - BUYER BEWARE!!!

Sperry uses FedEx Delivery Services. Sperry is blaming FedEx for identifying my home address as a bad address causing Sperry to cancel any order I place within minutes of completing/accepting the order. No other delivery service including USPS has a problem with the same address. When FedEx hires temporary help to deliver packages, they have told me that my address is not in their package delivery database, so they leave the package next door!

Very disappointed. I bought the same Sperry size I have purchased before, but this pair fits much larger. Customer service refused even a simple size exchange because of “final sale.” Loyal customers deserve better support.
