SperryReviews of sperry.com

Warning! Stop buying Sperry products ASAP. Running out of business. Poor customer service. Extended shipping times with uncertainty, and pay for returns because all the nearby Sperry stores are permanently closed in Chicago. Very frustrating.

sperry used to make great shoes. I have purchased several pair over many years. Recently made an online purchase. the shoes were not comfortable/ a bit small so I initiated a return and was aware of a $6.95 restocking fee. However, in addition to this fee, it turns out the shipping charge is not refundable, so Sperry is taking $11 of my money in order to receive these shoes back to their warehouse. In addition, when I called to discuss this issue and requested to speak to a supervisor, they are now just placing me on hold. absolutely deplorable and why I will not be purchasing any sperry shoes again.

They have cancelled my past 9 orders. With no one in customer service able to help!

Ordered a shoe on Aug 13, dint get notice that they cancelled my order till the 18th and cancelled my order. They could have told me earlier and just abruptly cancelled my order. Poor communication. Will never order from them again

Disappointing Customer Service and Unfair Weekend Policy I placed an order on the Sperry website over the weekend and realized within minutes that I had forgotten to apply a valid promotional code. Since customer service was closed, I sent an email immediately requesting assistance and contacted customer service as soon as they reopened on Monday. Unfortunately, I was told that my order could not be canceled, the price could not be adjusted, and the promotional code could not be applied—even though I contacted Sperry at the earliest possible opportunity. What disappointed me most was not the policy itself, but the lack of flexibility and willingness to help. Customers should not lose a valid discount simply because customer service is unavailable over the weekend. Requests submitted while support is closed should at least be reviewed on the next business day. I spent a considerable amount of time trying to resolve this issue, only to be told that nothing could be done. This experience left me with a very negative impression of Sperry's customer service. I hope the company reconsiders this policy and provides a better experience for future customers.

I ordered two boat shoes but received two pairs of brown sandals instead. The representative told me that I can only return them through FedEx. Such a hassle!

The quality is realy not what I was expecting. I bought those shoes before and it was real leather but not those one...

I ordered sale shoes (final sale) a style I have owned before. The product the sent is a different material that the picture on the website. They are awful and I would never wear them. They DO NOT admit their mistake. NEVER EVER order from them online. NEVER. Fraudulent advertising.
