I recently purchased a pair of Sperry boots through their website. They were offering 15% off for new first time customers. I placed the order as a guest and checked off to receive text and email sales and production notifications. I received order confirmation but did not get the 15% discount. The order is being processed but has not shipped. I called customer service and they stated that since I did not register and create a customer account I could not receive the new customer discount. It does not state that anywhere on their website. They stated if I register I can get 10% off on my next purchase.

2015, I purchased what is now most similar to the Gloucester Duck Boots in a lighter brown color. I wore them for almost 10 years through Boston winters. The sole was wearing through so in preparation of needing new ones, I bought a new pair, this time in a darker brown color (not official color name). I didn't wear them immediately because I wanted to wait till the other ones were completely worn out. What I didn't realize is some of their products are made with real leather and others are made with a synthetic... I guess I bought the synthetic. They fell apart the first time I wore them in the snow. I reached out to Sperry for help but they called it "normal wear and tear" and that the warranty didn't cover this issue. I trusted Sperry's product but apparently boots falling apart because they are made of crappy synthetic material is my fault, not their's. They ended the chat telling me there was no way to help me. Disappointed that a once great company, doesn't stand by their product.

I have always liked their shoes but it seems it’s under new ownership and they not only don’t show reviews of their products, they discourage reviews. My most recent purchase was a “final sale” so no returning these shoes that run short, but also final in that I’m not buying from them anymore.

I finally got my shoes 2 weeks later at least the price was good and the shoes are new a final sale but no need to return shipping is very slow web site is wonky.

My first order went to an address in USA as opposed to my delivery address in NZ. their tracking system is crappy but they refunded me so that's OK. I made a replacement order and still waited for a bit. when it arrived, it's obvious the leather is of poor quality. Don't know how long will this shoe last.

Depuis 30 ans j achète 2 paires homme par an. Depuis 5 ans la qualité n'est plus la même et je suis très déçu Elles se déforment très vite. Et s usent beaucoup trop rapidement. Le prix est trop élevé pour une paire qui au bout d un mois est déformé. Je n en achèterai plus. D autres marques sont plus solides.

I bought a pair of Sperrys last spring for this winter. I started wearing them about 3 weeks ago. The right boot is peeling off by the big toe area. I am shocked to see that happening to a boot from a company like this. Very disappointed, probably will not buy another pair.

I have purchased Sperry Woman’s Crest Vibe sneakers for several years. 4 white, 1 grey, 1 yellow, 2 beige , 1 black. My latest pair of white is significantly below par to previous ones purchased. The canvas is definitely thicker with a rougher weave and have not softened. The comfort is below par. I noted the stitching on the front is completely different and the fit is completely different. The toe bed seems to be wider and the lacing is tighter and has no give. I have to use a shoe horn to get them on. Very disappointed with overall quality for all of the above reasons.
