Ordered several small items Can't include image with this. All items would have easily fit in one small box with standard bubble wrap. Instead, items arrived in one Fed Ex plastic wrap, and three boxes. Seriously? The items are small pins and buttons, 4 per cardboard backing less than 3 inches sq., a total of eight pieces. No wonder shipping costs were higher.

So I went in Spencer’s about a week ago to buy some stuff for me and my boyfriend, a lady recommended the Between The Cheeks natural anal cream. We just tried it about 30 minutes ago (putting it on) and now my entire butt is numb and I feel very tired and like I have to poop but there’s nothing there, it’s just a lot of pressure, overall though I’d say about a 7/10👍

Purchase a $150 coat and it was cheap and nasty. Very disappointing and deceiving.

They sent me a poorly packaged item that arrived broken. In order to return it I have to pay shipping. I won't get the original shipping cost or the return shipping refunded. How is that fair?

They shouldn’t even have one star absolutely the cheapest clothing ever. Order a leather jacket and it’s not even leather size absolutely to small ordered extra large it’s absolutely junk. No return label and now we sent them a email who knows if they will send back they should be reported to better business bureau immediately

Buyer beware this is a typical Chinese company pretending to have a store in NYC for 30 plus years. I have fallen for this scam in the past and got complete garbage from a site claiming to be a NYC store going out of business the garment I received was junk. And of course to return it was more than it cost. I tried to contact Spencer and they kept telling me I had the wrong answer in their puzzle which is almost impossible to screw up unless you can't see. Beware

Absolutely the worst trash I ever purchased!! The ad looks great but product is shabby and was torn !! Of course no customer service or refund!! Suckered by creepy China !! Update : no I got the right company

My experience was actually really good. I am seeing a lot of one stars on here and im sorry to those that are disappointed with their experiences. The shipping was very fast and the quality of the product was exactly how it sounded on the website. Five stars from me!
