I ordered a kit from them and when I got the kit everything was there but the mini max. I have reached out all day long and have not got a response. I understand if you made a mistake and forgot to pack it but you should have better customer service

Customer service is complete garbage. No response from the chat or email. I am missing the tuner which is the most expensive and important part of my delete kit.

Ordered the CCV internal and external catch can. All came in but the catch can. Reached out by email to get this resolved still have not received a reply back. Who operates a business with no phone number for customer service issues? Scammers do

I bought an exhaust pipe from them for my 18 cummins 6.7 ...it arrived damaged and it's not the right one...I've been sending them emails and they've been avoiding me part # ES04077RD-SP...think twice about buying from this company...bad customer service

Well my issue with this company is that I order an egr delete kit that includes the tuner for 2017 ram 2500 6.7 I have received all the prats on order #105215 but didn't receive the tuner i have been sending messages for the past 5 days and emails and no response at all I can't install those parts without the tuner, please respond.

Excellent product and is priced very competitively that does exactly what you need to do. The valve opens very quick compared to others I have used. I have had mine installed and used everyday for about a year and no issues.
