I had a problem with the plug and play, as well as the valve itself. I emailed them explaining the situation and within less than 4 days I got a replacement for the parts I need. Totally left me hanging on my purchase. I ordered the h&s mini Max tuner for my truck and got just a ccv filter kit thingy of some sort.... Totally screwed up a $900 order and attempted to email these guys multiple times without a response. The tuner shows to be in stock on their site.. Guess that's a lie. Contacting my bank this morning to dispute these charges. Avoid buying from these ppl.. they are a switch and bait company. I will never buy from this site again

I received my parts finally but missing the tuner. And unable to get in contact with anyone regarding the issue. Finally got in touch with someone. They respond via email in the middle of the night. They said that the tuners were on backorder and I would not receive it for around 3 weeks. That was not going to work for me because I had received no news of this being out of stock so I had already installed all of the other parts that had come. They ended up refunding the money for the tuner. I do appreciate that but definitely would have like to know that my parts were on backorder. But glad that they did actually refund the money with no problems.

Spelab has awesome products. Their cut out exhaust system is far better than any others I've seen. I've done lots of research and they have the best on the market...sounds incredible like a very expensive exhaust system. And they're customer service is always there to help
