Started thinking about doing a delete so I did some research and ended up purchasing a programmer and then later on when my DPF became completely clogged I got an exhaust delete from Spelab. When I received the box I noticed it was packed loosely in a Fedex box which struck me as odd, so when I opened the box and there were parts missing I wasn’t completely surprised. I contacted spelab and they sent me an entire new exhaust! Pretty amazing and they got it to me in less than 5 days. Impressive customer service and support.

We ordered the complete kit for the 2018 duramax, the hptuner mpvi3 device was not included nor was the canbus kit. Their communication sucks, must be done thru emails and not over the telephone to get support, so you get to wait for them to reply, meanwhile you are dead in the water until they reply. I do not recommend this company at all.

First time purchasing through this company.....very impressed with the quality of there products, along with the prices. Everything so far has fit and preformed as described. Shipping was fast and on time and the customer service has been second to none. Definitely recommend!

This company will sell you a product that does not work by design. They will leave you hanging with your truck apart. Then they will be extremely difficult to get ahold of with no phone number and a 5:30am email if. If you are lucky. I was left with broken parts and for 4 days before I had to go to another company to get the correct part. No help fixing the issue from SPELAB solving the issue at hand to get my truck the correct part. Thanks for nothing

I just spent 1500 bucks two weeks ago on a 6.7 Cummins full delete yet all the parts showed up in three days except the tuner. I can’t do anything without the tuner now I’m being told it might not ship till 10 November, where is my tuner? No mini Max. order 115275

there are some things about the kit that need some attention, such as the welds on the turbo v band ring are not finished (not a big deal) on a couple of the kits that I've gotten, one kit was missing a piece of the exhaust, and a couple of the can bus plugs had a couple pins that where not seated all the way (again not a big deal). With that being said their customer service has been very good and has responded to emails quickly and the sent out the missing piece promptly. I would say their products are 100% worth the money. Just don't use Tuner depot for tunes, there tune cost over $1,300 and truck went into derate as soon as it was installed, and they would not help with the issue. After getting nowhere with tuner depot we bought another tune from another company with the same issue, but they found the problem and fixed it. (the truck was a covid truck and had older segments in the transmission software)

I read the 1 star reviews and they're all the same complaint. Hopefully they get it worked out. My experience with them has been nothing but great. I've ordered several things in the last yr or so for my 2008 6.7 cummins and everything has gotten to me on time with no issue. I finally got around to ordering the throttxqle valve delete , it was the only thing I was missing and wasn't really necessary to do a full delete when I initially deleted the truck. Anyways, I ordered it and my wife asked me what the charge 36$ charge was and I told her and explained what it did. She had gotten me the actual intake manifold and was waiting to give it to me for our anniversary this week. So she brought it to me and asked if this is what I ordered 😂. I told her no BUT the throttle valve delete i had bought isn't needed anymore since she got that. Emailed customer service, explained what was going on, not only did they answer me on the weekend but they issued me a full refund and still sent me the part. Like I said everything I've ordered has came to me. The prices are good compared to others trying to rob you for the same parts. I'm glad I didn't have a bad experience and already ordered my tuner from Canada 2 yrs ago. My next purchase will be the coolant "bypass" kit for the rear cylinder, if you've got a 3rd gen you know why.

Would not recommend will receive everything but my tuner (MAIN ITEM) It’s on back order with would have been nice to know before I ordered my kit and spent $1500.00 with a place that has shitty customer service and can’t respond to a simple email . 10 out 10 would not recommend don’t make the same mistake I did spend the extra money and order somewhere else
