The kit originally went on easy though the instructions could have been slightly better, I dropped a center stud for one of the block off plates and couldn’t find it so I contacted customer support and to my surprise they just sent me a new set!

I had an issue with a part that began to leak. I reached out to the company several weeks later. Replaced the entire kit without question or charge. The customer service was exceptional and provided a speedy replacement.

Do not purchase the 2010-2012 ram 2500 turbo back exhaust from spe labs. The double hanger is way off making the tailpipe to high. I have sent 4 emails and have had no response, being that I have heard nothing from them i can say this is a scam company and no one should do business with them. 3/18/25 UPDATE: Just now got an email saying they will pass it alone to their team. I've heard nothing else since 3/22/25 UPDATE: They made things right with me. Stood behind their product so I was wrong. This company just needs a better way to communicate to customer service.

The products are great fit and finish. I needed assistance with non-stock replacement parts. Customer service was able to find the part I needed and get them in the mail ASAP.

Great customer service. Had an o ring go bad in my EGR delete kit and they sent a whole new kit within 12 hours. Would buy from here again

This company has the worst customer service. They do not even provide a phone number to call. Email only. They don't even respond. All I have gotten so far is automated emails. I bought a delete kit and didn't receive the tuner with (THE KIT) can't use anything else unless I have the tuner. Not sure what to do other then give them the worst review any where I can find. They are very shady. Avoid this company if you don't want to have big problems.
