Dear Customer, We're very sorry to hear about your experience, and we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused by the issue with the fuel line and the delays in communication. Regarding the fuel line fitting, this should absolutely not have passed our quality control process. If the fitting truly lacks threads, it is a manufacturing defect, and we take that very seriously. We will be investigating this batch thoroughly and reviewing our inspection protocols with our supplier to ensure this does not happen again. Please reach out to our support team with your order number, and we will immediately send a replacement part at no cost to you. We also understand the frustration caused by delays in communication, especially when your vehicle is in a shop and costs are adding up. While our current communication is primarily through our chat system and email, we recognize the importance of faster and more accessible customer service. Your feedback will be escalated to our management team as we work toward improving our support infrastructure, including the possibility of reintroducing a live phone support option. We truly regret the time and money this situation has cost you, and we are committed to making it right. Please contact us directly with your order details so we can help resolve this as quickly as possible. Sincerely, SPELAB Team

Thank you for your feedback. Could you please confirm if your order number is SPELAB#163647 and if you used the email associated with the name Richard Gress to contact us? If this is the correct order, we want to clarify that we have already responded to your inquiry some time ago. Please kindly check your spam or junk folder in case our reply was filtered there. Regarding the product you received, the kit you purchased does not include a tuner—it is not a complete delete package. All the items listed in your kit have been delivered as per your order. We have also sent screenshots of this information to you for reference. Additionally, we attempted to verify the mechanic's email address you provided, but after searching our system thoroughly, we could not locate any emails from that address. Therefore, we are unable to confirm how your mechanic attempted to contact us. Please feel free to reach out again if you need further assistance.
