We understand how important your car is and weeks without it, especially with vague or slow communication, is completely unacceptable. We also recognise your concerns about commissioning turnaround times and the lack of a direct phone line. Whilst our usual commissioning turnaround time is 2-3 working days, unexpected delays can occur. Nonetheless, it is our responsibility to communicate more clearly and manage expectations better, and we have clearly not done enough of that in your case. Please know that your $2,400 investment has not been easy for us. We want to right the wrongs and make sure you get the tuning and service you paid for. Hi, We apologise for the continued delays and inconvenience caused by your order, particularly for the Main Coolant Reservoir for the 2014 F350 6.7 Powerstroke. Unfortunately, the supplier is experiencing unanticipated inventory issues that are causing delays in delivery. We understand how important this part is to your work truck, and we regret not meeting your expectations in this case. To avoid further frustration, we've cancelled the remainder of your order and issued a full refund for the missing coolant reservoir. You should see the refund in your original payment method shortly. We take your feedback very seriously. You are absolutely right that if an item is not in stock, it should not be listed as in stock. We'd like to respond to a few of the concerns you raised: Exhaust Clamp Fitment: Our developers visited the factory to conduct a real vehicle installation and compared it with the instruction video. On the factory side, the clamp assembly was tested and functioned as intended—securely fastening the joint. From the first video you shared, it appears the issue was caused by the opposite end of the pipe not being properly supported, while the clamp itself was installed correctly and holding securely. In your second video, it looks like the opposite side of the pipe is loose, not the clamp. We recommend professional installation at a local exhaust or diesel performance shop to ensure proper alignment and secure fitment. Tuner Compatibility: We understand your frustration with the tuner. However, as noted in our product description: For 2018+ RAM trucks: Our tuner only supports the original PCM software that has a part number starting with a number. If your PCM part number begins with a letter, the tuner may not function correctly. Unfortunately, this is a known limitation of the Mini Maxx system and not a fault of the kit itself. We try to make this clear before purchase to avoid compatibility issues. EGR Kit Fitment: Thank you for pointing out the fitment issues with the coolant line bracket. We will review this with our supplier for possible improvements to the design. In the meantime, we commend your ingenuity in resolving the issue, and we’ll pass your feedback on to our product development team. We genuinely regret that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. While we’re glad to hear the exhaust pipes and EGR block-off plates worked well, we’re actively working to improve clarity in our instructions and compatibility details to prevent future issues. After receiving your message, we immediately contacted the official Minimax technical team to assist with your issue. The SD card provided in the kit actually contains files for all supported vehicle models, including Dodge RAM. During the download process, you simply need to select the correct vehicle type to install the proper programming. If that step wasn’t possible, performing an update usually resolves it. However, based on our review, it appears that the SD card may have a file corruption issue. That’s why we suggested a return and refund, which ensures you’re not left with a product that doesn’t work for you. Please note that we do not stock standalone SD cards separately for individual replacement, which is why we offered the return option instead. We truly regret that this situation caused inconvenience and will continue working to improve our customer experience.
