I am on my 3rd electronic speedo from these people they are absolute junk. I bought a gauge kit ,the tachometer has gone with no miles on the car they refused to replace it. Forced to buy one again to match the set. They sell junk do not buy there instruements.

I called first to get the details and amount the RETURN of my product and I was not told all the deductions or i would of kept the part. They keep my shipping cost both ways which I paid for and 5 restocking. If they had free shipping to me i would understand. So on a 20.00 item I got 5 bucks back. I would have kept it. Theres no risk with amazon to try something. Buyer make sure you get what you need first time I will be buying elsewhere.

I ORDERED GRILL PARTS FOR A 69 CHEVELLE. PRICES WERE FAIR BUT WHAT I RECEIVED WAS NOT THE BRAND I ORDERED! PAID FOR DYNACORE RECIEVED COVEX. THE QUALITY WAS HORRIBLE! ALUMINUM WAS DULL PAINT WAS WEAK AND BLOTCHEY.THE HEADLIGHT BEZELS HAD WAVES ,SMALL DENTS AND ROUGH UNSAFE EDGES.WHEN I CALLED I FOUND THE STAFF POORLY TRAINED.AFTER SPEAKING TO 2 MANAGERS APRIL BEING THE 2ND,FIRST MANAGER FAILED TO CALL BACK.I HAD TO CALL MULTIPLE TIMES BEING HUNG UP ON 3 TIMES BY THE 4TH CALL I WAS BLOCKED. CALLED THE 5TH TIME ON GIRLFRIENDS PHONE TO BE TOLD THEY DID AGREED TO ACCEPT A RETURN WITH NO RESTOCKING OR SHIPPING FEES.THAT THEY MAILED THE RETURN SLIPS ,YET TO BE RECIEVED.I BELIEVE ARE ENGAGING IN BAIT AND SWITCH FRAUD! BUY ONE ITEM AND RECEIVE A DIFFERENT OF LOWER QUALITY.IN MY OPINION THE CEO ANTHONY KENNEY IS A CREEP AND RUNS A CROOKED COMPANY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ITS CUSTOMERS TO ENRICH HIMSELF.JUST LOOK THEIR REVIEWS! HORRIBLE! JUNK COMPANY!!!

I was in the need for a second dependable vehicle. Mr. Mickey Dolan guided me to a dependable vehicle within the price range that I was seeking. He did not try to pressure me into getting a vehicle I really didn't want. He did steer me away from a vehicle that could possibly have cost me more money and probably some future maintenance problems. This was my first time visiting Speedway Motors, and I had a wonderful experience.

called tech support to order a coil spring lowering kit for my suburban, The tech assured me this was correct for the vehicle. As last time I dealt with this company of corse the kit was for a pick up not a suburban and when I called the the company to send me correct rear spirings and I would return the incorrect rear springs they said no the whole kit all four springs and shocks would have to be returned.A huge job to redo the whole suspension again for me for free,If you want to waste allot of your time and money you can deal deal with these people

I was extremely satisfied with the quality of service and the professionalism from the owner and my salesman Mickey Dolan and how dedicated they were in getting me in a beautiful suv despite my fair credit rating

Ordered 4 baby moons which did not fit. I have no problem with this because I obviously ordered the wrong items. I paid $68.99 for the baby moons. The whole invoice including tax, shipping and handling came to $103.09. When I called customer service I was informed that these definitely should fit. I tried again and they definitely did not fit. I called again and finally was given a return authorization. I have problems with the amount I received for the returned items. Originally I paid $6.74 for tax but on the return I received only $4.83. I also had to pay a restocking fee of $15.00. Therefore, the refund was only $58.83. The baby moons cost $68.99. I thought I would at least get the $68.99 plus tax of $6.74. This is why I mostly order from suppliers like Amazon who do not charge a restocking fee. There is also no hassle returning items. Therefore, will not purchase again from Speedway Motors.

Number one very unprofessional customer service down at the McDowell location in Phoenix Arizona. Have asked twice for a return shipping label for this junk carpet that they sell. First of all all you car guys don't order this carpet kit for your hot rod when you order a one piece it's very hard to install , it has creases in the carpet that don't come out you always want to do a two piece, better luck with a two-piece and you can get creases out. Upon asking for a second time for a free shipping label to have this junk carpet returned they failed twice now to send me a free shipping label to my home address the stupid idiot sent a return label to my email which I did not request to my email address. Then I called on 6/30/23 and talk to this rude Michelle calls herself a supervisor she should be demoted to cleaning toilets. She likes to interrupt you while you're trying to talk and make a complaint and refuses to give me her boss's name and direct number. Found out the owner/ CEO is Clay Smith and there might be a corporation in Nebraska if someone wants to call and make a complaint there. So number one very unprofessional service down there disrespectful over the phone they like to interrupt you when you're trying to talk. The CSR on the phone don't listen worth a crap cuz I asked them to send me a free shipping label to my home address that was over a week now I still don't have it again which I requested twice now on this return for carpet. So do NOT shop here shop at classic industry or somewhere or Jegs you'll have better luck and better service. If you look at all the reviews there's a lot of one star ratings with this company about customer service. So word of mouth can travel quicker than anything and if people have complaints make a complaint here but do not shop at this crap whole place.
