Speedway MotorsReviews of speedwaymotors.com

Horrible customer service save your time and money do not shop here. Bought edelbrock flathead heads look like the came from a swap meet. Absolutely horrible getting back to you. I'd buy anywhere but here!!!!!

I ordered a part at 2:00 on a Saturday. Paid extra for second day air more than what part cost. Didn't receive the part till Wednesday. On the website it showed the part was in stock but, it still took 5 days to be delivered.

The speedway off of 109 in Lebanon Tennessee can never keep their pumps working used to be a great place to stop and fill up and grab snacks. Oh fortunately there’s a Thorntons down the street

Purchased many parts from Speedway also sent my customers to them. Purchased several HEI distributors in past 4 years. The last one only run less then 300 miles as classic cars don't get that many miles in a year. The control module failed. Asked them to send me just the module. They said sorry about your luck. Don't buy #2896500 #2896501 it will cost you a tow truck to get home and cost to replace the module. I hope speedway isn't going cheap for profits. They have been good since the first time I walked into the old store in downtown Lincoln.

i ordered from attitude jeggs....they didnt tell me i ordered a backorder part. 2 weeks later i ordered from speedway and it arrived next day. Ive ordered from speedway several times and EVERYTIME the order shows up lightning fast. Pleasure on the phone and happy to get my business from jeggs.

They have great products, to a price compared with summit that is okay cheap. The negative thing is they tell you the parts are in stock, until you pay then you can wait for years, in my case i waited almost two years for a set of headlights. Now i have a new order, and Its the same thing they cant say if it will take months or years again. There are the owners of speedwaymotors, do they know about this, or do they just not care abot the customers. It seems like then you place the order, they first have to contact a chinese company to build the product. Extreme poor customer service i get the feeling they dont care about you. They should not take any order or money, if they dont have a delivery status on a part.

Ordered a set of QA1 coil overs 6 day later they were here. Opened box shocks are right coils were wrong. I called speedway after a 11/2 hold talked with a tech who said I would have to return the wrong ones and when they got them they would ship the right ones. Told them this was a time sensitive job they did not care. Asked for a manager 1/2 hour later spoke with floor manager Cally Ann Carrigan she told me I could overnight the coils for $175.00 at my cost. She said it was company police to wait to get their merchandise back before the send the correct coils. MY FAULT! also said I could repurchase the coils I already bought This went on and on until she said when we see movement on the return we will ship the correct coils. Again, this is time sensitive. I received a Email saying they seen movement on the coils and will be shipping them 2-day blue on them. She shipped them UPS ground 7 days later still no coils original order placed 9-4-22 NEVER EVER AGAIN!!!!!!
