Reported company to BBC company refuses to issue refund in full for shipping wrong part !

won't answer phones, can't get thru - terrible returns help

Parts applications improperly listed then when they send you the wrong part it takes hours on the phone only to be told “ you’ll get a refund once we receive the part and inspect it, then 10-15 business days”. All because they don’t know what their parts fit. So from the time of purchase to refund is over a month. I had the part for1 hour before I called to report the problem. They sent UPS to pick it up, and they did less then 24 hours after I originally received it. I was left a tracking number that I gave to cs mngr. she said “ it doesn’t matter because they don’t trust UPS. BUYER BEWARE. Buy your parts elsewhere.

This is my third review in three weeks about the problem at the station at 101 E Butler Ave in Flagstaff, AZ. The prices at the pumps are next to impossible to read because the lights behind the prices do not work. Heck of a way to run a business if you can't read the price of the gas you want to buy.

they want a 10 dollar label fee to return an item then once they receive it they will deduct the shipping cost...goodbye speedway

Ordered a part, tech support 4 different calls no one identified that it was actually the wrong part. Insane hold times, no outbound contact from them. a few nice reps in cust service but overall horrible waste of two months of time and refund was botched as well

I ordered a relay switch two months ago paid $70 for it and still haven’t received it, Tried contacting customer service and they keep me on hold for a long period of time, I’m still waiting I’m starting to think I’m was ripped off.Don’t waste your money.
