They provided false information to get our business
THey called my office saying they were with spectrum charter and that we had to get their voip phones and phone service because spectrum was no longer handling our account with regular business phones. They flat out lied and provided fraudulent information to try and obtain our business. I do not recommend them due to their false sales techniques.

Robin, thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry you had this experience. That's unacceptable, and we want to understand what happened. For context, SpectrumVoIP and Charter Spectrum are separate companies, and our team is trained to make that distinction clear rather than lean on it. We also don't coach anyone to tell a business their phone service is being discontinued as a way to win them over. So while we take what you experienced seriously, we'd like the chance to look into who actually made that call, since Charter Spectrum's name gets used by a lot of callers who have nothing to do with either of us. If you're able to send the callback number, caller ID, or date to [email protected], we'll dig into it and follow up with you.
