Robin, thank you for sharing this, and I'm sorry you had this experience. That's unacceptable, and we want to understand what happened. For context, SpectrumVoIP and Charter Spectrum are separate companies, and our team is trained to make that distinction clear rather than lean on it. We also don't coach anyone to tell a business their phone service is being discontinued as a way to win them over. So while we take what you experienced seriously, we'd like the chance to look into who actually made that call, since Charter Spectrum's name gets used by a lot of callers who have nothing to do with either of us. After seeing your review, we took the time to look into your account history to better understand the situation. Our records show that your primary number was successfully ported to another provider last August. Prior to that, our team spoke with you regarding billing and contract questions, including a request to buy out the remaining term of the agreement, which unfortunately we were unable to accommodate. During those conversations, our Customer Success team also offered to assist with any service issues if they were occurring.
