This app is torture. I just started using this today and the books available are the most boring books ever! I usually love reading but this app takes away all the fun

Of all of the Sparx platforms, Reader has to br the WORST! My teacher told me it woyulkd take me 20 minutes and I am still sat here 1hour later with 58% completion. The questions are ridiculous and over the top, you don't get that much time to answer the questions, and when you EVENTUALLY do get it correct, you get around 12SRP (You need around 300 to finish). It is bot that I an a bad reader - I got a grade 9 in my last assessment for English. You akso don't get that much variety on book choises. Fix EVERYTHING. If I could've given it 0 stars I would've.

sparx reader is so trash i spent an hour to get like 100 srp and it is just insanely hard. sparxreader shouldn't be allowed in schools because of how long it takes and how hard it is.

I love reading but Sparx reader is a bloody horrible app. Genuinely makes me hate reading. Questions are so stupid. It’ll ask you about the most unimportant thing in the text. And you have to get them all right.

Sparx Reader is meant to get children to read but the way that they do it makes them not feel motivated enough to read. Its a constant pressure having to do something you dislike especially when you cannot even read your own book but instead have to read a book for four option all equally as bad as eachother. Its stupid the way it works and especially when just now they have taken the gold reader feature and made it into a trap which doesn't contribute to your homework but instead you read your own books which allows them to gather more data about what you read.
