I got hooked on SIP when I was back to school shopping for my 6 year old daughter. I quickly achieved diamond status because I placed so many orders because I absolutely loved their stuff. The first few summer outfits arrived and they were great so I started ordering fall outfits. My daughter wears a 6 slim so I was happy the pants came with adjustable waist except the adjustable waist falls right out. On the first day of school my daughter had to run around holding the shorts up all day because they couldn’t stay up on her because the adjustable waist came out. 3 subsequent pair came out on the first wash as well as the hem on another shirt and the pom poms on another. Super sad. Went back to shopping at Macy’s because I could not waste another penny on cheap made trash. So disappointed!

I ordered 5 outfits. The sizing is off. The items are thin, cheap junk made in China

I have ordered a few times from SparkleInPink. The clothes are so adorable and unlike what we find at Target or malls. However, in ALL the shorts and pants I bought, the adjustable waist strap wasn’t peeking out to button or disappeared first time washing. Literally every single pair. I did receive credits for future purchases but same thing happened so they refunded. But it’s aggravating to get your hopes up for beautiful clothes or an outfit planned and can’t wear it. Which is what happened for the first week of school. Big let down and have to run out to buy other stuff. Also some of the shirts that have Pom-poms came off after first wash. The clothes look so cute but if you can’t wear them it’s just a waste of money.

1) you must return it in the original plastic bag and can’t be torn open by your kids 2) no tags or ups label on clothes so is a pain to match up .3) make you pay for return shipping 4) if your little bags are damaged than they charge 20% restocking fee 5) the quality of the clothing is not good on a lot of things 6) the sizes are not true . Everything is cut really big

Half of my one order that I paid over $200 for didn't come and when I told them they said well it shipped out you should have gotten it and act like you were lying about it. Then when they refund you they put it in store credit as rewards points and it's not even letting me use any of them no matter if I'm using the app or online and all they told me they would just go online and do it even though I told them many times it won't allow me to that makes her only refunding me $24 when it was way over $24 for all the stuff I did not receive they're not very helpful when it comes to this I'm getting very annoyed because $100 or more is a lot of money to spend on something that you never received they don't seem to want to really help you they just told me the same thing over and over again and I've tried telling them it's not working and they're not getting it I love the photos that I've received for my kids of the orders I did actually get customer service sucks I just want my money back and it seems like they don't want to give it to me which is very infuriating. Why Pay $100 or more for something you're not getting it makes no sense. Why not give the customer back their money on their card instead of making a big house or for them to use it as rewards points but they can't even use or access. I have over 2,000 something points that is not even allow me to used

Great outfits at reasonable prices. Customer service was prompt. Overall great experience

Poor fit and crappy return policy

I have ordered a number of time for myself and every order that I have received has been correct and handled professionally. The customer service girls have been great, they have a long time customer in me.
